This particular machine was done for. But it was good enough for this video. When these clog, it’s most likely the filter or the elbow in in nozzle, or the tube.
You’re a godsend! Im a single retired 60 year old female living with limited mobility. Your video was easy, and concise. I was able to fix my upright vacuum with no issues, and it suctioned up everything nicely. Thank you so much!😊
I was able to find a hose for this exact same Rocket model on Amazon for $9 and found a video on how to install the hose. Overall it took me about 30 minutes to fix. If you want to save a couple hundred dollars on a new one I would recommend trying it out, not much to lose.
This video was extremely helpful, I was about to return my vacuum. However, the manual says to rinse those cotton filters once a year, I rinse them about every 2 weeks, they collect tons of dust.
Finally, I found the answer! Thank you!! These things are too expensive, the kids vacuum over anything, never clean it out and I'm left to figure out the answer! Don't touch my Shark!#lovethekiddos😅
I have 2 Shark vacuums a Rocket that stopped working and the Navigator when you turn it on there is a blue flash going over the power button and you get an electric tingle which intensifies when using the power head. No one local is interested in checking it. Any suggestions would be appreciated as they have been great vacuums.
My shark quit because it was clogged from vacuuming up greenery from the artificial Christmas tree. I used my wet dry vac and needle nose pliers to unclog it.
As a stick vac? Dyson V8/V10 are probably the best on the market in terms of cleaning ability for a stickvac. They are reasonably priced now that those have been out for a while. They clean just as good as dysons newer models.
