Yes! Much appreciated. We have thousands of videos out there including Shark Tank, the Discovery Channel, FedEx commercials etc. Check 'em out on RU-vid
I can see a big improvement on forklifts. Where i work we use 2 small forklifts and on biglift. Big forklifts dont seem necessary but small forklifts can benefit greatly especially off road
baby strollers!!!!!!!! young baby doesn't like all the bouncing! love this product, and I want sharkWheels on my sons baby stroller and my OneWheel!!! help me zach!
So far this hasn’t had an impact on society as I thought it would considering the genius innovation. I feel like someone will make this renowned and take credit for it despite not inventing it.
You need to make shark wheels in 105-110-120mm that can hook up to any kegal or other wheel adapter hub so all electric boards can buy them and use them!!!
We purposely are designing them so they only fit on Shark Electric boards. We struggled with it a lot which way to go, but ultimately ended up decided to go this direction. We want to be more of a complete board company instead of a component company.
@@TheSharkwheel yea a friend got them and they suck on belt and direct drive ..so I guess you will just lose out on the entire market ..poor choice but thats ur idea I guess ..too bad
@@LIVITLUVIT direct drive will be available on sharkwheel.com in a few months.. but in hub motors and direct drives are the same thing. One motor is internal, one is external, otherwise no difference. In-hub better for keeping debris out. Direct drive better for cooling the motor
What advantage would you see? We have other designs and have tried many things. We have what we call a DNA pattern that looks like a mirror image of the sine waves instead of having them lined up the same way.
Technically yes. We are considered an OPO and submit an annual report to the SEC, we are audited annually, post public information and submit updates to our 2,000+ investors etc.
It’s still a wheel, it just u added waves and just bc nature has somethings that have waves doesn’t mean every wld work good as a wave. I mean birds have feathers all birds, so sld we change airplane wings to feather like structure, no.
Of course it's a wheel. It's called the Shark Wheel. It works better than a traditional wheel in about 95% of applications. It is not made for applications that lean/tilt like a motorcycle or bicycle. (1) In pallet jack/forklift wheels (material handling industry, Shark Wheels last 50% longer because they dissipate heat in a sine wave footprint (the most efficient shape) (2) In casters, Shark Wheels have 57% less rolling resistance when in motion making it much easier to push carts, wheelchairs, and other applications that use casters (3) The ability to go over rough terrain is the #1 advantage. The 30 degree approach angle of the Shark Wheel strikes obstacles at an angle and tends to push them left and right out of the way. A traditional wheel acts like a steamroller and tries to go over objects, while Shark Wheels tend to move around them. The angle also reduces shock significantly (think of going over a speed bump in a car an angle to reduce the shock) (4) In farming, Shark Wheels are the only wheels that don't continue to go over the same path. So, they significantly minimize trench digging, which can save farmers up to $26,000 per farming seasonTrenches also lead to the failure of other equipment (gear boxes, drivetrains, etc.). In the most recent test (funded by the US Government), Shark Wheels dug a 1'' trench, while the industry leading wheel dug a 14'' trench. There are many more advantages, but those are a few that have been scientifically proven by San Diego State University, Mechanical Engineering Department in 2 years of tests, as well as lab testing and other real world tests. There is a reason Fortune 500 companies, Samsonite, Harley Davidson, NBA, NFL, PGA Tour, MLB, NHL, Olympics and the US Military use products with Shark Wheels.
@@TheSharkwheel so this kind of wheel can't be used for a OneWheel because it leans?? surely the wheel can be tweaked to function on something that leans?? plus I love the way the wheels come in all colors versus blak!!
