I just wondering when u say "jumbo perch" were is the jumbo so to speak? I just wondering because i see it in many videos from USA. But then again i guess it's different from sweden with perch in size? Great video anyway always nice see fishing :D

Well a master perch out in this area is 13 inches. This is in Manitoba Canada so catching 12 inch, being so close to a “master” size would be considered a jumbo. I think lol.
@Exaana1
@Exaana1 8 месяцев назад
Ahh ok :D Im used to catch 16-20 inches here around 1-1.7kg around depends how fed they are and season aswell

My kids and i enjoy your videos. Don't comment on videos a lot. What kind of boots are you and your wife using? Need some nice warm winters. Also, are you using all diesel reels?
@ReelLifeWithMike

Thanks so much for watching. we try to keep it pretty family friendly as we want everyone to be able to enjoy our videos. The boots me and my wife are wearing are called Nats. They are probably some of the best boots around plus probably one of the lightest boots and I mean light I mean super light I would definitely recommend them as they are warm even up in the -30s. I do have some diesel reels but I can’t remember if I was using them that day. I usually only have those orShimano sienna 1000

why you just sit in one place and dont look for big school of perch ? waste of equipment.. you could sit without it and catch the same.

It would also be different if you knew the lake we were on. Also there was a school we were just picking off the larger ones. I’m not looking for numbers I’m looking for size. Unlike most people that just want to ice buckets of small ones. Feel free to come to the lake and show me up lol
