Ingredients:
🔸Thin pita bread - 4 pcs.
🔸Beef for frying - 200g
🔸Tomato - 150g
🔸Cucumber - 150g
🔸Peking cabbage - 200g
🔸Vegetable oil - 20ml
🔸Shawarma Sauce Tamaki - 100ml
🔸Salt - 2g
🔸Ground black pepper - 1g
Cooking method:
1. Cut the beef along the grain into pieces 1 cm thick, add salt and pepper, pour in vegetable oil, and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Heat a frying pan, fry the beef on both sides until golden brown, transfer to a plate, cover with foil and leave for another 5 minutes, then chop coarsely.
3. Cut the peking cabbage into thin strips. Cut the remaining vegetables in half and then into thin slices.
4. Lay out the pita bread, spread it with some of the Shawarma sauce. Place vegetables and beef on top, pour the second part of the sauce.
5. Tuck the edges of the pita bread inward, roll the pita bread into a roll. If desired, fry the shawarma in a frying pan or grill.
