Damn, I wish I lived on that ranch. That'd be fucking cool.

Yeah she is! That's one of the first things I noticed about her. But she's also only 4'9 (?) so all that muscle is really packed in there.

quoted from her blog: "Ive also been getting back into the gym and working a lot with a personal trainer to get back in shape after the 3 month fun tour break we had which is feeling great." She would lose muscle mass, but NOT weight, you GAIN weight when you stope training hard. I was an elite athlete for 10 yrs and I know as I went through it too. Plus I have a science degree now and this is what happens. Not that I want to start a "fight", but just to point out that this is what happnes.

NO, she has gained weight. It's normal though, after all she has not been training much. She said in an interview that she is not in the shape she wants to be in and needs to get back into the gym to train again.
