I’m 38 I just been through a divorce. What you said is spot on. You’re very aware good head on your shoulders. I often fear for the younger guys but some of yall are very impressive. I grew up lifting and some mma as well. I’d buy ya a beer if I was on your continent

Instead of focusing on their physique so much, which is mostly related to getting sex, people should focus on their souls. Read important books, mostly written before 1990 when Woke began its long march through our societies. It will also help to avoid most politics. Read and discuss other things.

The problem is our society forsake biblical principles, one example you mentioning "hook up culture" is breaking a standard 7th commandment / You shall not commit adultery. If people really want to get serious about fixing their own and societies problems, we need to get to the root of the issue. There is no quick and easy fix.

When I broke up with my ex I just worked on myself. Me and my ex share a beautiful little boy. I obviously love my ex because it's my little boys mum but that is it and vice versa 👍👌
