The Analogues perform 'She Came In Through The Bathroom Window' by The Beatles during a live rendition of the album Abbey Road, performed at Abbey Road Studios, June 30, 2019.
Golden slumbers makes me cry for some reason. Maybe nostalgia for the past that was and never will be again. I think this is the most awesome cover EVER. God Bless.
Because when you listen to Abbey Road this is what you're really building up to listening to. 200 years from now THIS will be considered a masterpiece from the 20th Century. Eat that, Rhianna.
I just imagine how hard this band had to work to recreate perfectly these particular sounds of the Beatles, with so many instruments and specific voices. I think the best covers ever heard !
The last few moments of the strings at The End move me to tears everytime - not because it really was the end but because it is a stunning moment of music.
I've been a Beatle fan since the beginning. This is the best cover band I have ever heard covering their music. Amazing attention to detail. I could go on and on. Bottom line they give me chills.
The miracle is made: I'm sorry for the others, but the Beatles were a miracle, not a band, considering that in '62 they started with "love me do" and in '70 they made this, plus all in between. Thanks to The Analogues!❤ Sorry for my english...
I saw Paul when he toured back in 89/90. He finished his show with the Golden Slumbers/Carry That Weight/The End. I found The Analogues by accident doing the same songs on RU-vid and I was hooked. They are amazing. Hopefully they'll someday tour the States.
The Analogues are an amazing band doing fantastic live performances of The Beatles' material. That's why I am always surprised when they get some little part incorrect. It's "I wanna tell her that I love her a lot"... not "I'm gonna tell her that I love her a lot". Other than that.... a magnificent performance.
Yep, and with all due respect, i honestly wonder if the Beatles themselves could have performed these songs live to this degree of perfection ??? I like to magine they would, but alas we will never know, and these wonderful musicians give us the nearest possible to perfection .
The Best group I've heard, in doing versions of the Beatles... spectacular, and to think that the Beatles were less than 30 years old when they created all these wonders... touched by the hand of God
Beatles for ever!!!
Magnificent. As a budding pianist I wish they would do a video showing the piano parts on camera. This part, Let it Be and every other part by these great talented artists are so perfect.
FABULOUS! 10 times better than most Beatles tribute bands I've seen or heard. If most Beatles tribute bands would stop trying so hard to LOOK LIKE the Beatles, and work on SOUNDING LIKE the Beatles, they might give these guys (The Analogues) some competition.
I was lucky enough to attend one of their concerts in Rotterdam a while ago. I was a bit annoyed though, as I was the youngest in the audience, I think, and I'm nearly 50! Everyone watching was so quiet and still, as if they were in a church or at the opera... and I wanted to scream as the big Beatles fan I am! Other than that... Perfection!
Yeah, I wouldn't go that far.. Despite covering Beatles songs (very well, BTW), they aren't The Beatles! 😅 Think I'll stick with the actual album.. There's no replacing that magic. 😉
Exactly! It's amazing. Little things like those wood slaps on Bathroom Window. Such perfection with the guitar sounds and notes. And with everything else!
The end brings tears to my eyes... What a masterful rendition! Just: why are this and the previous video split up like this? She came in... Should have been part of the previous
@@agjevb007 Actually I do want to buy their performance on disc. But it's only on DVD, I am waiting to get it on blu-ray. I mean, watching it on RU-vid is actually better quality than DVD! 😐
You finally gave me a chance to let me hear you play “the long one“, thank you! I promise myself I will someday soon travel to the Netherlands (I’m a canadees) to hear you guys live. Thanks for being so obsessive in your work.
