Today's laptops are heavy too since they are around 1.5kgs and more. Only the premium ones which are super expensive are less than 1 kg. Even 1.3 kgs are considered light weight. While high performance laptops like gaming or editing have usual weight of 2.3 kgs and more. I'm bringing this up cause people really don't understand how much heavy a laptop can feel on your back cause i used to travel with one through local trains😂
Actually you r true here😂😂😂 yet sadly too... You know what people think in exercise only one type of things are good,... They are wrong 😊 I do anulome vilome every day for 10 minutes kapaalbhanti for 5 ... Procrastination does not allow me to do more than that but I always take care of what I am putting in my system plus after having meal I do task which need walking 👣👣👣 for sure
@@deeksharajput126 Procrastinating is exactly what it is - procrastinating. If Neeraj Chopra had procrastinated, he wouldn't be the best javelin thrower in the world. Do you know how much flexion on the knee each javelin throw is worth - all that momentum from the run, and then the sudden stop right before the line, whilst hurtling the torso forward for the throw? Just visualize this in comparison to climbing stairs. And how long do you think Neeraj Chopra has been doing it for, to be the best in the world? Our bodies are capable of much more than we can imagine. ☺️
Same 😂 When I was in such projects It's very normal activity Even if u r desiring for tea go to ground floor to take tea 😂 until or unless your sight tower crane operator is not happy with you
I was 120kg and reduced to 75 in 4 months without Gym, I used to climb 635 stairs twice a day at Chotila, Gujarat. It took me 8 minutes to complete this climb, and it greatly improved my health. I believe there's no need to mention the family's hard times. Motivating others doesn't always require portraying oneself as a victim.
Climbing and jogging gives health benefits but on the long run it also can side effects like knee pain/hip pain if over done. So be cautious...too much of anything is not healthy. She is young and and for her physique, it might have worked out. Everyone has different physique and needs differently balanced lifestyle of workout and food. Find your own style. My aunties used to climb stairs so much every day to loose her weight and big hips..she ended up loosing her knees due to too much friction in her bones of knee joints. She got hip surgery done... this girl doesnt have menopause yet...older ladies, ladies in their menopause, ladies on cirtain medications or with arthritis loose the cusion of their joints amd their bone have more friction and they loose some of their bone tissue due to that friction. So find your own balance❤
Let me tell you guys my story. I am a 26 years old woman, suffering by PCOD for a very long time. My weight was 60 kg and i got treated badly by my friend for being fat,i had depression and used to eat oily street foods a lot. Last year in august one fine morning I decided to change my life, I stopped eating junk foods, started drinking water.. and as I didn't have enough money to join gym, I just started doing workout twice a day by watching free workout videos on youtube channelS. Now i weight nearly 50 kg, I look better and feel better...❤❤❤❤

I lost 12 kgs in few months by walking daily 6kms, gave up eating junk food , had only lemon anwla nariyal Pani, and also went twice a week gym and sometimes I also climbed my stairs

Yaa this climbing. .story of being abused is just usual tactics to make videos go viral and boost her profile. This Is where social media gets dangerous and misleading
My 8-year-old son is climbing 33 floors every day, even though I encouraged him to climb only 10 floors. But he won't stop until he reaches our floor. Hard to believe that she achieved this transformation by just climbing 18 floors for 6 months and doing home exercises. She has been coached for a long time. In whatever method and time , her achievements are remarkable. Anyway its nice editing even on the template
I used to do 20 floors 2 times a day for 2 months, sometimes even 25+25+25 floors ie 80 floors in a day.... felt so good, and reduced 5 kgs in 2 months from around 57-58kgs to 52 kgs.. also did walking. I was 45 years, I have maintained my weight now, but stopped stairs.
@harishassasin never make excuses for yourself. I'm 55. When I was 23, for two years I used to walk 1 hour to work and climb 13 floors to get to.my office. Got married later and neglected myself. I went to Porto (full of steep slopes) and Lisbon (full of steep stairs) in March. My knees were sore, because I haven't been used to climbing. Many fit, young people who do gym and leg workouts also say Porto and Lisbon are challenging on the climbs. But if ou notice the aged (60+) local population walking freely like it's normal 😂, you realize all it takes is habits.
I used to climb 13 * 2 floors when i was working in an IT company. Took a break of 45 mins. I reached the top and took the elevator to the bottom floor and went at it again. Your knees are not safe while you go down the floor. I was in my best shape then
Yes, it works.... I too used to climb 50-80 floors in a day ie 25+25+25 floors. Within 2 months I reduced 5 kgs and maintained the weight even after 7-8 years.
1> Assuming she's just an employee & not a gamer due to her "busy" schedule, hence her laptop is not a gaming laptop, thus, not that "heavy" as they originally aren't meant to be. NOT BELIEVING THIS! 2> If a person can daily climb 18 floors & do some "workout" at home, then that person can better instead go to a gym combining both the efforts in one & saving time as well. NOT BELIEVING THIS! Some things of this video can be true, but some things are definitely exaggerated otherwise mediocre videos wouldn't grab attention & videos are mostly made to grab as much attention as possible even if you got to exaggerate some or all of the things in the video.
Please be aware that climbing flight of stairs are bad for knees for most people, no doubt it’s good exercise, but it takes toll on your knee. That’s due to lack of leg strength, make sure you do a lot of leg exercise before making this as a routine.
She is an inspiration to all of us. Many people just blame their work life, issues otherwise amongst other things to not take care of themselves. People like her prove the point that it's always possible to be this Super woman. We can all be like her. All you need is passion and dedication. I am glad she is spreading her story and helping others.
I live on the 8th floor in my 9 storeyed hostel. The only option available to students is stairs. Whenever going out, to class or to throw away garbage, or to buy groceries climbing up or down 8 floors is the only option. Been doing this for 3 years now and 3 more years left for the course to complete.
I am a lecturer so I need to stand and take classes apart from this I started taking the staircase instead of lift my cabin is on the 3rd floor and we have 4 floors in the building. I am eager to see results at an interval of 3 months 6 months 9 months and 12 months.
See, My mom is a teacher for 15 yrs and she ended up with bone issues. And doctor advised her not to use staircase often. So, she resigned her job. So, never think that stairs can replace workout ....it's not true
13 floors 4 times a day for years. 10s if not hundreds of people in my office took stairs as well. Never thought that can be a topic for a video. Btw after taking stairs in the absence of time for gym, she now has the time to be a fitness trainer in the gym.
I was suffering from pcos .. food habits and specially stress is an important factor. Now I have started doing yoga n sleeping early as possible. Sleep is very important for good health. Now last month I had an ultrasound n my pcos is gone.. but I am still continuing wid my yoga practice, it's really helpful n boost up your mood...
If you eat crap then you are going to get crap knees and that's what most people nowadays do .One must increase the efficiency of the body slowly one floor at a time and then gradually increase the burden of workout and you are not going to get injured at all. The key is listening to your body.
I have also an inspiring story - I used to go to my office by bus/auto struggling more than 5 kms. Then I decided to learn how to drive car. All my friends refused to share their car for driving training, then suddenly I cheked my bp has risen to 123/80 because of stress. After that I decided to purchase a second hand car and learn driving myself. After 8 months of regular practice, finally I was able to drive it. Now I have a driving license as well. And I am able to drive to office with my own car now.
Great story. I'm 53 and play sport like badminton almost everyday and enjoy it, diet conscious as I m type2 diabetic, I can surely say health seems better because of these fitness activities.
Wonderful. Never cow down before abuse. Live your life as you deem fit. After all your life is yours and yours only. I used to live in an apartment of nine floors and 60 years of age. I used to climb those 9 floors continuously three times everyday in the morning, that is almost 27 floors, but comes down only by the lift as it is an accepted fact that coming down stairs is not good for your knees. Could maintain perfect health by this simple exercise alone which just took half an hour everyday.
This works but need not to do daily also this much floors ! Keep it in moderation, because the other side is not shared here as we age the synovial fluids will get dried up in the knee and other joints which aids friction btw bones and ligaments and can cause severe pain which needs medical attention!
I am living example of, how just adding walking, cycling, swimming or climbing stairs in your daily routine can help one get fit. And I try to do all of that (except swimming) without allocating separate time for it. But off-late (for last 3.5 months) for a charity target I have set for myself (₹60,000 for the year) I am dedicating time for walking, even skipping gym & group fitness session (which I enrolled recently). Basically, keeping movement in your daily routine & pushing heartbeat high for even a few mins a day consistently will make one fit easily. In my case, I don't have a planned diet, but I control my portion very easily.
@@vsbaghel I agree, that this is all cardio & no strength training. But it depends on what is your goal, aim and condition in life. I am not against strength training, but I have seen too much focus on strength training have much other adverse effects on body and life conditions. BTW if talking about specifics, even at age 44, now I can carry my body weight of 68-69 and run a half marathon any day without practice, with my shoulder injury and broken neck (that was long back) can carry a 60L rucksack and walk for 8-9 hours at good pace at high altitudes, cycle 50-60 km a day without any issue and swim 800-1000 metre in less than an hour. Young Teenagers who start building muscles doing strength training develop more mitochondria in their muscle cells and thus, even after leaving exercise for years when they pick up strength training as adult develop more explosive strengths than people who haven't exercised at earlier age. But, just strength training in gym without developing all round cardio and flexibility also affects brain function and makes one less flexible mentally. Overall it depends on what kind of mindset one has, how body responds to certain food and immunity. Both cardio and strength training has their specific benefits, but I do think for most people cardio alone (without the other) can help them become fitter and healthier, but I cannot say that for strength training if done alone. As society progressed we have moved away from muscle power dominating areas of enterprise to areas where brain, health & brawn takes care of things in that sequence. So, my comment was in general. Specifics can always be different for different people. Also similarly I think, and tell youngsters that life is not about a few sprint races, but about a series of marathons till our last breath on this planet.
And what effects do you think one has when you're taking multiple allopathic medicines? No one warns of that right? Our ancestors used to carry little humans, their food and water, everything with them. The knees don't degrade, they improve, better if taken good nutrition
Gym jaake treadmill mein log ye sab ho karte hain😂 Ghar mein Karo toh hanikarak?? It depends you can't just never exercise a day in your life and then climb 18 floors your muscles will be sore but overtime if you build the strength It's easy.
More power to you, Dolan!!! Well done, I hope you can inspire, and spread this message of hope and success to people from all walks of life. Wish you happiness and fulfilment every step of the way…
I climb 12 floor of stairs daily. Quite a workout. Even intermittent stair climbing every day is supposed to increase longevity according to a recent medical journal. (The gold standard is at least 30 minutes of moderate aerobic activity like brisk walking every day, which may be safer for older people with bad knees and people with heart issues than stair climbing).
❌️❌️ I climbed 20 floors for a week , it affected my knee . My knee got weaker and i could feel the discomfort for 3-4 months, i couldnt run at all . Please dont just walk 20 floors blindly by watching this short. I did climbed fast though it took around 5-6 min to reach 20th floor.

I climb 7 floors, 3-4 times a day in office to reach to my workplace. Plus atleast 2 times 10 floor in my society to reach to the home. There are many people already doing great healthy things, but silently.

Its disgusting, how the anchor casually put in the phrase 'years of abuse' without giving any context. This is widespread across the social media platforms. Its almost fashionable now to put blame on husbands or inlaws and term them abusers. Especially in the current case where the healthy lifestyle is being promoted, I dont understand the intense need of the so called feminists to term some people abusers! Shame on you @FITTRwithSquats !
Well it's a woman who leaves her house and parents to live with the husband. So majorly husbands and in laws abuse the woman. If it was the other way around, there would be no such abuse on men by women's parents

Lol did u even see the vid properly? the main reason why she started trying to improve her health is becuz after divorce her health worsened, if not i don't think she would have resorted to fitness
For people in abusive relationships, young children can often become their catalyst to be an impressive survivor. Alone they can't do much, but having children makes them take one more step each day towards success. More power to people shrugging off abuse from their lives. ✌🏼🌞

At least have the patience to see the video completely. They are saying right? She also did workout and avoided junk food that too all this she did for 6 months. Are you deaf and blind.? She has done so much not just climbing stairs Open your brain before finding fault everywhere..You must be saying this while lying on the bed doing nothing .
Can't believe she looks so good now after six month really amazing. By moving stair daily it burns calories. This also come in my mind before. If we walk 1 km then it is equal to 5 floor building in 3 times. But for old people it is little harmful if daily a person walk nothing can happen but for new one can lead heart attack or breathing problem. Also the people of hill area such as Darjeeling gantok shimla Kashmir are very stron and healthy bz every day they walk up and down. 😊
