'Fantastic Four: World's Greatest Heroes (TV Series 2006-2010)' She-Hulk - All Scenes Powers & Abilities Jennifer Walters, also known as She-Hulk, is a superhero. She briefly joined the Fantastic Four. Voice Actor: Rebecca Shoichet.
That's how it is in the original comics thats why unlike the MCU. That's the main reason she stays in her Hulk form so much even when she's not fighting
This is how they presented She-Hulk so she wouldn't be easily be seen as "Hulk but a woman" and I'll say not only makes sense realistically, but thematically as well. For he to act all shy and humble in her normal state and become more aggressive and confident is playing of the "Jekyll and Hyde" parallels Hulk does. At the same time since she is a woman. Women by default have a better time managing their emotions than men, so for it to be a minor inconvenience for her to turn back than it is for Hulk to turn back makes sense than the obvious, "because women are better" yeah they also play in that she is strong, commonly around the power as The Thing, but not on the same level as Hulk, though she still has the same abilities, like the angrier she gets, the stronger she becomes and the regeneration, just less as potent as Hulk's because Men by default can get more aggressive than women so that also makes sense just his obvious draw back is, it's harder to revert back. In short: While yes, one can still argue She-Hulk is more gimmicky than Hulk. But at least she proves to be original despite this.
@@DangerDan64 "women by default have a better time managing their emotions than men..." What!? Noooo, noooooo.... that's not true. That's wildly, objectively false.
@@DangerDan64 She Hulk can lift the Thing's maximum effortlessly with one hand in the Fantastic 4 comics. And this wasn't a new comic either, actually pretty old. I love the Thing but he is way weaker than She Hulk lol
Maybe but it isn't what She-Hulk is in the comics. The TV series is very faithful to the comics of her being a lawyer and doing cases while it had this silly charm to it while she breaks the fourth wall to the readers.
@@LadyOfTheEdits No it isnt quit lying. The only thing they bothered with effort to homage the comics is what you just listed. Everything else is a toxic unlikable garbage show.
@@allmigthygoddess939 this is what happens when they choose to stay true to their source material and fan base and not how to attempt quick money from people who don't even like these franchises. How can you be hired to take on a position you have no experience in and no love for? I know this is off subject but man I don't think we realized how good we had it with the quality of animation of Marvel shows in the early to mid 2000s. Nowadays all the shows look bland in detail and try to piggyback off of the MCU designs.
So tru . Marvel n Dc both hav really quit on there show animations to a degree . Atleast dc is giving Ani movie but Marvel barely got any new releases.

She really deserved more than just one episode. It would have been cool to make this a tiny arc in the season, with Ben coming back eventually, of course. The comic series had her on board for quite some time. She has always been my favorite member after the original four.
In the comics She Hulk joined the team during Secret Wars but left when they got back to Earth. But she's still close friends with the Invisible Woman and considered an official substitute member of the team. She has returned to the team many times since then.

I love Jen's little comment at the end, staying true to the characters by showing that they are a loving family of adventurers first, and heroes second. This show handled them better than any other adaptation that has come out, as well as their small cameos in EMH of course. And don't even get me started on She-Hulk, 'Nuff said.

No, honestly, the MCU has relied on the Marvel name for far too long now. Oh, but I’m sure this time it’s worth sticking around til the last episode
She hulk is such a good character because instead of being just a color swap of hulk like many other hulks *cough* red hulk *cough* she actually has her own somewhat unique style
We can give Red Hulk some credit when he's General Ross lighting himself on fire to sabotage Bruce. Him actively trying to undermine the Hulk to get Bruce arrested and experimented on is a fun villain arc.

One of the cool things about the MCU introducing classic characters through a movie or show is that people start going through older media to learn more about them (or maybe for some nostalgia) Like this video is only a few days old but it already has almost half a million views.
Not really true MCU Twitter Stans only look at modern bad stuff so they want the ugly man monster She Hulk when we comic fans fought so hard to get the classic one back
Now they can go back and see the characters being taken more seriously and written better in a animated kid show than a muli million dollar live action production
I've been waiting on the best two Marvel lawyers to be in the MCU all my life. They did Daredevil a couple years ago, now they're doing She Hulk? Never thought I'd live to see the day.
@@camishavilme7402 No really. She Hulk and Daredevil fought in a legal battle in the comics and She Hulk tried to play dirty but was stopped by her client. 2:03 I love this, this could've gone the Route of igorance where she breaks them anyway, and somehow the consequenses don't happen but no she actually used her tools to her advantage, she can switch between Her form, so using her smaller version to slip through something that didn't expect it was a Really smart move. Writers should challenge themselves into problem solving via being having characters tools go against their options to see what they can do, it's hard alright, may take an afternoon of thinking, but it will always be worth it.
Animations generally take more passion effort and skill to make than Cgi bullshit. Then you have the character being her true self and not a Man hater.
@@spellman007 no offense dude but this kind of thing is...normal now? Or at least it's pretty normal for people to admit these feelings nowadays. In fact I'm pretty sure people drawing attractive people was always meant to attract...real life people.
0:55 The Line "You wouldn't like me when I'm Angry" is Bill Bixby's legacy, and the BEST contribution to the character of the hulk since his creation. It was just such a stone cool line EVERY hulk writer afterwards wished they'd thought of it FIRST.
I really think people would more likely relate to She Hulk , then the Thing in a movie. However I think having She hulk in a Fantastic Four in a movie would be just enough to keep people interested enough as Fantastic Four keeps bombing in theaters for some reason.
It's because they keep making somewhat bizarre choices. Now, the first two were... okay... somewhat along the lines of the Sam Raimi Spiderman films but a bit corny, but the most recent one, Fan 4 Stic was foolishly based on the Ultimate universe's version of the story, which is darker and drowning in late 90s early 2000s cringe.
they bend bombing because of bad writing not that weren't intrested also having she hulk instead if teh thing stupid why introduce a hulk character in fantastic 4 movie
The Thing has some really great tragedy and inspiring moments to his character though they just never give him a chance in movies. Actually this animated show has plenty awesome Thing moments like him fighting for his family against Ronin and sacrificing his cure to be The Thing again
This she hulk is the one of the comics , intelligent, strong , beautiful and thicc , literally this is the one that they take for the she hulk new apparition on the new fase .
I love how she's smarter than hulk and can actually speak, it's such a unique difference between pure brute strength, and physical strength + intelligence.

Just like the Hulk... I don't know why but it seems like they're out to destroy everything related to the Hulk, first they made his story that he was trying to recreate a super soldier serum and that turned him into the Hulk instead of Bruce leaping out of the radiation proof bunker to save Rick Jones and then... infinity war...

As a kid I realized how much better the quality the animation and art is especially on those close up shots, the shade and lighting are amazing(almost like Mad House's marvel anime). We hardly have shows like this from the west as often now unfortunately.
you realize you wrongfully bitching about a show doesnt mean you deserve something good. it means you got EXACTLY what you deserved and are too hypocritical and narcissistic to see that
This show went under the radar, but it was pretty good, it's obviously meant for kids so they didn't get very serious, however they did couple of comic arcs and had accurate characters. Ben and Johnny were always pranking each other, Reed always had head in the clouds and Sue is glue that keeps them all together. Dr. Doom is usually main antagonist, however he's treated as an actual threat, he almost won couple of times, and he has intense rivalry with Reed.
The people who made these animated characters are just on another level to what we get nowadays, whether its DC or Marvel, they just knew what they were doing back then.
