When the "villain" has more sense than the "good guys" you get this scene. Magneto being calm and collected instead of violent is somehow more scary than him being a violent raging villain. It's a good look for him though. It shows maturity. Instead of trying to rip the metals out of a city and hurl things at people, he's speaking THEN acting.
