These young ones today on about girl power and look at this lady driving trucks over 50 years and real trucks at that . Thanks for bringing this lady to our attention Mike, she is a real role model.
Another great video we need more people like her in the world she is and amazing woman she is super talented . Beautiful truck and beautiful woman. God bless both of you.
True blessing to the industry. I've worked with a few women who were a credit to the human race, let alone the Industry. Humble and strong. Great combination.
This was a great video. When they actually made real trucks and real women. 😊 In the Seabees in 78-83 i was fortunate enough as a heavy equipment operator to run 2 different DM 800 Macks hauling heavy equipment. I have yet to see a DM 800 tractor that is built as heavy as those were. One had a V8 .... the other a straight 6. That was in Gulfport Mississippi.
I'm not a Mack fan, but what a beautiful truck. Glad to see it on the road instead of collecting bird crap in a barn. I'm surprised that I haven't seen her, since I go through Lee on a regular basis. I run down 8 into Connecticut.
Thanks Mike! Love the old R models. My dad drove a '76 R model with a 6 speed 300 maxidyne. Hearing that turbo work was and still is one of my favorite things
I drive a 88 Mack R686 SX tandem dump EM6 285 12 spd Mack gear box the truck was born with a Allison auto box then my boss put a Mud stick 6 spd and finally the 12 spd trans which is a night and day difference Can’t beat these old pedigree Mack’s you couldn’t give me a new truck today I’ll stick with the mechanical Mack’s there STRONG and RELIABLE
Nice video! My first new truck wad a 78 f model...300+..10 speed...Mike. you wouldn't know of any one looking for a nice v8 superliner w a small sleeper would you?
I'll take a heavy duty DM 800 . I got to haul heavy equipment with in the Navy Seabees as a heavy equipment operator 78-83. I have aways loved old school Macks.
