Making £30k managing 26 properties 😂 anyone who is an expert in this field will smell bullshit. First off anyone who does SA management takes 15%-20%, the rest goes to the landlords that means minus tax she's seeing approx £3-4K max which is basically an average 9-5er salary. It appears these students only go on these winners on a Wednesday for clout I guess it's mutually beneficial as it promotes Samuels Course.
I smell large Bull Poo... And she controls nothing, she is just a banks debt mule... legals has all been done for her... they have loaded her up on debt... and when it all goes south... she be wrecked!!!!!
@@catclipcentral I’ve been running a 6 figure Airbnb business for 5 years and have 30+ serviced accomodation units. Ironically most of my actual students come from Samuel Leeds SA course who say they didn’t learn anything and needed an SA expert like me to coach them instead
Well down Lacarla, your positivity and attitude is a remedy to all of us who are beginning of their business journey. Surely, your achievements are inspiring, keep up the good work girl! 👍👏💫
Amazing story and come up !! I am on this route now ! My question is if you’re making 30k per month with 26 properties after expenses and everything given your only making 7k profit don’t get me wrong that’s amazing for majority people but I feel that’s a big gap between expenses and profit
Lacarla needs to be managing 43 properties to take home £30,000 per month, assuming the management fee charged to landlords is half way between 15% and 30%, at 22.5%, and assuming the average property earns £100 a night and is fully booked 30 days a month. Total rent paid through all properties would be £130,000 a month and 22.5% of that is £30,000 for Lacarla. I didn't watch the entire video but if that's the case that 43 properties are being managed, fully booked all month then really well done.
Hi Lacarla. I admire your motivation. the properties you manage on service accommodation what involved your role every week...? Do you have to go and clean and tidy the property after renting or you pay to someone to do it..?
OMG…I wish I could be in an IT job like what she had…instead of my job😂…but she used the time there well …did the job studied at the same time and moved on
Congrats Lacala, I feel just-the same way, so fired up to do more, “well done to you, “So Many People don’t do Anything, and Then there are regrets, they are really bad, you don’t see them until, you start having life changing issues, “But you’ve done amazing to quit your job, get the chance to do something different and make more money Than you ever thought possible, We All Need To Do This Stuff 🎉🎉
I so want to get into property my mother passed away and left me 55k . I need to make her proud . But I feel so scared that I’ll mess it up . I need to be brave
More risk = Better rewards. Definitely invest into yourself first. Get the knowledge then invest it. If you leave it in the bank it will depreciate over time
Sir, do you have any recommendations for e commerce, reselling or any other ways for a teenager to make some money? (other than a job?) Thank you!!!!!!!!
@lacarladaley3863 hello lacarladaley3863. I have watched this video over 6 times but can't get over it. Please how do we connect? I am interested and I need your guidance 🙏
I’m going to watch this in my spare time and if this is another bullshit video promoting £1 start ups then I’m reporting. IF I can actually take some real information and tactics from THIS video then I will come back and edit this comment. Until then let’s see if these “courses” or “seminars” or “videos” are even worth being on my timeline
I have been to one in London beginning of the year and its very cult like and promoting their academy and course but there is also loads of free information shared as well
@@mariusdaiaI see where you’re coming from. The academy is like an inner circle but that’s why it works because it’s a group of people who has similar goals. The fact we pay so much money means we’re serious.
@@lacarladaley3863 I think it's the same principle as Ivy League universities; it's not that the university teaches you anything unique or better than non Ivy Leagues, it's that you'll be surrounded by future leaders of industry who will provide incredibly useful connections going forward. Its essentially a club for the elite that also also have classes. Same with any organization where the primary function is the social connections.
