C David yes they have closed many of the LifeWay stores. They can’t compete with the online sellers. It is sad. Yeah these are not a premium Bible by any means but they hold up well. Holman is one of my favorites. I love their Bibles.

@@BibleBelievingChristian if you had to pick just one Bible for your personal use, which would you pick?

That would be a tough one, as far as a study Bible the one I use the most is the premier collection of the NKJV MacArthur Study Bible and for just reading it would be harder to choose, I go back and forth from the NKJV single column reference Bible in the premier collection to the NKJV verse by verse. The Nelson Premier Collection ones are very nice and I tend to gravitate towards them. Plus the Thompson Chain is a must have Bible too. To choose one it would be so hard cause I use so many different ones on a regular basis.

I don’t feel so bad that I am starting to get a collection of Bibles myself, each one offering something that I like that the others don’t. And I am about to purchase another one when the NIV large print Bible that you reviewed here becomes available I believe in May.

Yes! I know, I was sort of hoping they had the he-reads-truth out already, but that's ok, we're going to do some devotionals together and I'll sneak a few peaks at her Bible anyway. haha We only get to visit the States once a year, so your videos REALLY helped me filter through the different options to find ones that would be good for us. Anna Willemstein no I am just a total Bible junkie! I love the Bible and can’t get enough of it! I love to share different Bibles with people to hopefully get them excited about the Bible for the first time or to have their love for it be rekindled. I try to give people all the info they would need to know about a Bible in case they’re looking to purchase it and aren’t able to see it beforehand. There a lot of reviewers on RU-vid but you often can’t really see it up close so I decided to do my reviews a little differently and show them as if it was in front of them on their own table. And if I can get just one person excited about the Bible then that is worth it to me. I felt called to do this so here I am. I enjoy it.

kellyst05 i like the hardcover editions, they’re a lot easier to store and I like the looks of their hardcovers. It’s an excellent Bible. They did a really nice job on it!

@@BibleBelievingChristian hello this is your sister in Christ, Le Delice Jerry yet my eyeballs in is not going to let me listen to No eggplant print I need a 12 or 13 I need the super giant print because I am vision impaired I cannot see nothing small and didn't want anyone ribbon that one ribbon to make it awfully beautiful and gorgeous is is beautiful with that one trip with one ribbon one ribbon is beautiful I loved one ribbon Bibles retro only able to in I love my big Bibles the bigger the better love you always continue to go with that and God will always continue to go with you take care stay blessed and holy and Sanctified and filled with your precious gift of the Holy Ghost but I wish it was the 12 print print or 13 Point print and being able to see you multiple times in print don't give around it's beautiful but it made a lot of money do you need to have the super giant print for visually impaired so you have a lot of Richmond pair customers and that can't see small print I am want to do love you and God bless real sister in Christ Pamela

Got mines in Jan 2021 rose gold

Hello, I came across your comment and in case you were still wondering. The leather touch is a durable bible. I’ve have mine since April and no issues, since then, have purchased 2 more all 3 with a different purpose. Hope this helps. God Bless

A Helpful Creation it’s a neat Bible. I’d love to see them make one with a larger font. It’s really neat though and has very unique maps. I bet the rose gold will be pretty! They also just came out with a He Reads Truth Bible as well. I’ve got a genuine leather one ordered that should be here any day now so I’ll do an unboxing video of it when it arrives. Caitlin Ching that is a tough one. They’re both beautiful Bibles. I’d have to set them next to each other and see if the print in one looks better than the other. I’ll check that and leave a comment on which has less ghosting and is easier on the eyes.

Caitlin Ching after looking at them both side by side they have equal print quality and neither one really has any distracting ghosting but the She Reads Truth is a single column wide margin format and the women’s Study Bible is a double column format. So depending on if you’re going to be writing notes in it that might be a deciding factor for you or if you prefer a single or double column layout. Looking at them both again they’re both very well done and you couldn’t go wrong with either one. Depending on prices you find in brick and mortar stores you may be able to get both for the price of one on christianbook.com, they have excellent prices! Either way let me know which one you pick and what you think of it. I pray you find which of them speaks more to you.

Yes the paper quality in this one isn’t the best which is a shame because the contents in this one is really good but it’s hard on the eyes to read. So I keep a piece of black paper to put behind the page and that reduces the ghosting
