My only suggestion is to approach her through one of her mahrams or a relative of yours, such as a sister. If a brother approached me out of nowhere, I would be uneasy. To be honest, I know these apps work for some people, but the one time I used them, I didn't encounter any serious individuals. May Allah grant you and others who are looking for a righteous spouse. İt's a struggle to find a righteous spouse, haram has been made cool and ok so when you say you want someone and the get to know period shouldn't be more than six month or year .

Tbh I think it would be awkward for the sister if a brother approaches her directly in front of the parents/family. Especially if she doesn’t know you. It would be better if you could find someone to inquire about the sister or if you can find one of her mahrams for example and approach that way. Perhaps a sister might not looking for marriage at that moment, etc. if she’s interested then a third party could tell her about you to see if she would be interested. Yeah I mean it is respectful to let her mahrams aware of your interest for her, but she is the one who has decide if she even finds you suitable. Sometimes being bold and forthcoming isn’t the move.
