Today we're gonna be taking a look at a doordash driver who lost his job after a customer claimed she didn't get her order Twitter: / xenoshot Twitch: / xenoshots
@\f_a/ you argue as if you have a stake in this. Like you know this chick or perhaps have a relationship to or with her. Or know the guy and dont like him, else how would you know he was "fired due to multiple violations"? Either way, you have a stake in this relative to the ppl, involved.
@\f_a/ Dafuq are you talking about? She said she would call door dash but everyone knows she had no intention on doing that. She ordered food and probably got the wrong order? This shit does not happen all the time. A restaurant has very few door dash orders for pickup at any given time, probably only one at a time. Very unlikely a driver picks up the wrong order. She should call door dash if she got the wrong order, you know, the thing you said she would do. He was probably fired due to multiple violations. After seeing this video, how do you know they weren't all his fault? She clearly was one of his false violations that she casued. Could have been others like her.
Had to pause when I heard "five years sober from heroin". Way to go my dude! Keep it up. And 👏👏 for standing up for yourself. That girl is a pathetic excuse for a human.
Right, and the fact that he said up for himself, and he probably had a criminal record and knows that if the cops would've gotten called by someone else, he could be in trouble if they ran his name. Like, fr, go him for all of it! 🥰
Ya that was pretty cool. Good for him, it's not easy. And for her, let's hope she doesn't get any ideas and end up working for Door Dash herself... Can you imagine the things she'd steal from customers?!
I’ve seen this video. The entitlement of these people are off the charts. Not only that, shame on doordash for not even trying to believe their employee over a 10 dollar chipotle burrito.
I'm glad that gentleman went to her work it's about time we start holding everybody accountable for their actions. Play stupid games Win stupid prizes.
Tree... we can't hold her responsible @!! 1st off shes Afro-American. 2nd. She a female.. 3rd shes a vet She can't be guilt cause people would burn the city down demanding free food n free jewelry n clothes. This is not my opinion... look at whats happened in the past 2 1/2 yrs. Cant be deniers when there's video proof..0?? Right...
Exactly: she does this so much, she wasn’t even fazed by the guy confronting her. She probably gets confronted at her job for all kinds of dirt she does on the streets and I guess at some point her job did get tired of it!
Thank you!!! As a bartender: people that have had 'a little too much' (there's a Huge liability placed upon Texan bartenders, it's not Vegas, it's the "Bible belt" with laws designed to hold bartenders accountable for what happens to patrons after leaving their establishment) tend to 'feel slighted' about getting 'cut off', and have gone Out Of Their Way to attempt to get me fired, for properly Doing My Job. I have Always dreamt of the day that I could have the petty energy to go to THEIR job, drunkenly taunt them (shouting, cursing, calling out all of their physical imperfections, etc.) in front of a crowd, AND attempt to have them fired from their job - their only means of income - with No consequences. Just the thought of it...yum.
For her being in a military thinking it's okay to lie about a order and get it for free. I feel bad for the man he lost his own job. She is a terrible person. Good for her getting fired and she can't be trusted in a workplace. Now that she has been exposed she did that to herself. And for her serving our country what a hypocrite she is. She has no honesty and no shame
The military doesn't mess around with crap like this. If this was proven and made it to her and NCO or OIC. She would have received disciplinary action.
She is a disgrace to the human race. The audacity of stealing food and lying about not getting her food delivered. Shameful. Poor guy was fired as a consequence.
They should take a photo of them handing them the bag. Amazon drivers take a photo when they drop off pkg. I can always tell it’s my place in the photo
He’s right!!! She is a piece of trash!!! Always wanting something for nothing and doesn’t care what happens to the other person!!! She will pay for that many times over!!!!! I’m glad they got her on video because this will follow her for the rest of her life!!!! Best of luck to you young man!!!!! I’m so proud of you!! U r working and doing the right thing!!! I pray u continue and do great things in life!!! Don’t even let this piece of puke cross ur mind!! We know she’s not worth the time of day!! I’m praying for you and want the best for u!! U be strong for urself!!! U continue being happy and strong!!! Thinking of u!!!!
Anyone Doordashing should use a front mounted chest camera (like the ones the police use) to prevent this kind of theft. I'm glad the thief lost her job over a $10 burrito and the dasher got his job back.
UberEATS just requires a pin. Seems to solve the issue. It shows that they did at least talk to ME not one of my shady neighbors. Picture on the doorstep isn't enough to prove it was the right doorstep. If she HAD to give him some kind verification she would have known from that point lying wouldn't get her anything, and this poor guy would have something to back up his side without having to go through a public mental break and confront her. But she wouldn't have gotten fired so maybe there is a reason for everything lol.
This kind of thing happens everyday just with doordash and the only reason this guy got his job back was because this specific situation made the news, this happens every day and most of these guys don't get their jobs back
I totally 💯 agree, no different than UPS or FedEx....when they deliver they take a pic of the package they put at the front door. I'm happy to hear Door dash expunged the write-up and got his job back, Kuddo's to the dude for staying clean👍🏻💪🏻💞🙏🏻 Seeing that woman in the later pic with a military uniform on, "Wow just WOW", what a f#ckin disgrace..... ofcoarse more and more unfortunately I see many members of military acting like POS's, it's pretty apparent that just because you've served your country, or your a Church member, doctor, nurse, firefighter, "COP", doesn't exclude you from on the other side of the spectrum being total human waste. Ya just hiding behind it. So many pathetic people out there😩😡 Stay strong good people, don't let the "human garbage virus" infect you!😱🫣🙏🏻💪🏻😤
To ruin someone’s life over 10$….. WTF!?!?! 👍🏼👍🏼 to the DoorDash driver who changed his life around 1000%!!!! I’m glad it worked in your favor! You deserve that!🤘🏻
At first I didn't get the big deal about him going to her job, but after watching the video, I don't blame him one bit. What if instead of confronting her he relapsed with drugs? She should be ashamed of herself doing all of this over a nasty Chipotle burrito. I hope he continues to stay clean and make something of himself, as for her she can go to hell for all I care.
Chipotle is by far the most disgusting shit that I've ever had in my life , if your throwing a fit over the grosses place ever then just end your life now at this point
Hey you watch your mouth about Chipotle Burritos 🌯 😂😂😂.. No but I agree but he could take it a step further if he wants too. The military doesn't like thieves.
When I first saw the video of this guy confronting this entitled piece of garbage, what bothered me the most was her attitude during the confrontation. Not once did she apologize or admit that he did deliver her food. She had the nerve to say "I'm not stealing." I know, if she'll lie to Doordash about a ten dollar burrito, why would she show shame or remorse for her actions? It still made me sick.
She has shame, though. The fact that she can’t look at him says it. She doesn’t want to be seen as what she really is. A person with no shame would have looked right at him and even smirked.
@@Chuleta_9 Honestly I think the only reason she won't look at him is because she wants to fake shame in front of her co-workers, not because she actually has any.
If she lies about a $10 burrito, maybe she lies/tells tall tales about any military action/service she did. Yes. I am inciting she possibly has stolen valor
I’m a dasher. I don’t think people understand how it works. Customers report their food as not being delivered because all they think about is getting their money back. But there’s a chain reaction that happens when you get your food and then say you didn’t….. doordash refunds you, the driver gets penalized and sometimes fired, the cost of delivery fees rises because of all the refunds (they need to make up that money somehow), the store who made the food still needs to be paid so doordash doesn’t take back their money of course. The driver also has to be paid still even if doordash fired them. Someone has to make up the cost of that $10 burrito and it won’t be doordash they’ll just increase prices for everyone. Because it’s not just one person doing it, I bet it’s hundreds if not thousands a day that make these claims cross the whole country. This woman lost her job over trying to steal $10. Dumbass. I also delivery drive for Walmart, customers are a lot nicer to me on there thank goodness and Walmart has a better policy in place. If a customer reports an item missing they just refund it and don’t do anything to the driver because they can’t officially prove what happened.
Shout out to this guy for restarting his life and getting off of drugs. Congratulations and very proud of you. And thank you so much for holding her accountable b**** get what she deserve. Glad you got your job back.
As a part time Door Dasher, I can relate. Nothing makes you more irate then a "customer" marking that they didn't receive their food when you know for a fact that you just busted your bum to get it to them fresh and on time.
Oh gosh he has finally got himself clean off of heroin that is the HARDEST drug to come off of thank GOD he has street smarts and cared enough about his job that he confronted this scammer . Good luck to him and prayers to him . So sad a girl who has a full time job thinks that his job is meaningless
I’ve been clean from drugs for about 10years now. Every drug is hard to quit! Some give you different side effects when you quit, but what I’ve mainly heard from others and came to find out myself is that quitting the drug is just a part, the ritual of using itself is very difficult but then it’s living life sober, not breaking the law to get your fix, getting and actually keeping a job, repairing connections. I’m sorry idk 🤷🏼♀️ why I had to write this novel 😂
having had my life ruined heartlessly for absolutely ZERO reasons related to the actual job i was losing, i feel for this guy... just to have to even INITIALLY go through the being fired part, even tho he got his job back, it's an absolutely shitty feeling when you know it was because someone just felt like ruining a life that day....
I can't believe she' just sits there rolling her eyes and looking back at her coworkers as if she expected them to back her up. Trust me, I would have ratted her out! Hurting someone just because you can is downright evil!
There is another video we’ve all seen where the manager of a CVS did the same thing. The door dash delivery person confronted her, and she also lost her job.
I had to do this to a Doordash guy recently for the proper reason. He played games pretending like he couldn’t find the building I’m in, in order to avoid having to bring the food up to my floor. I gave him extremely clear notes and he still played games. My delivery instructions were “DO NOT leave in lobby. Bring to 901”. It’s the only apartment building on my block, surrounded by retailers. He couldn’t miss it. So I reported the food as not delivered when he continued to waste my time and ultimately left it in the lobby after being rude to the staff here. So end of the day, those people should get fired for it. But, if I was being dishonest like this cowardly woman was, it would be really messed up.
This just made my day. I saw the original video and I felt so bad that Justice was not done and that this working man was treated so badly and that lazy lying woman got away with it or so it seemed. Thank you for posting this video.
The Doordash drivers need to start recording them handing the food over. Shame on Doordash for firing him. And I hope she gets wants coming to her. She should have been released from the military..
They did not fired him over that. That sort of stuff happens all the time. They would have no drivers left if they fired over hady people. Door dash spokesperson said he was fired over multiple violation. Had nothing to do with her. He has since taken down his posts and page.
As a DoorDash driver, this does happen and it’s pathetic and disgusting. However, I doubt these drivers were actually fired. There is a whole dispute process that’s takes weeks. I’ve had multiple people do this to me. Best advise is to take pictures of all deliveries, even if not required, just in case.
When you lie and up after someone’s job for lies, you deserve whatever you get. She had it coming up her. I wished the DD driver continued success on the straight and narrow path. It is the best way.
Yeah i saw this, this lady ended up loosing her job as well but im not sure if military discipline was taken , if say she was taken to court then she would be sitting in military court too i believe. Also whats dope is they hired him again after the video and email to them :)
@@happyguy201 agreed. And tbh in response to who you replied to; doesnt make sense that would be the reason for doordash permanently terminating him if he was supposedly terminated before he confronted her. If he was already fired then this shouldn’t have been an issue. Door dash was tryna save face and deserve less business
Giving up on people slowly but surely! On the other big respect to the other guy for confronting her and for fighting a hard drug addiction keep battling homie im rooting for you
I always carry my phone in my shirt pocket with the camera exposed and set to one touch record. Filled up two 128 G cards with this stuff. Should I send a copy to content producers with a notarized letter saying it's now public domain? You might find something you could use.
@@cyb3rjake735 You tell the truth about the order. Gen Z scum usually lie about everything anyway, so the likelihood of an honest mistake getting someone fired is actually really low. This video is rubbish. I do the door dash thing two days a week. If someone gets the wrong order they have either paid for it or the driver is hopelessly stupid. I carry my phone on record iny shirt pocket with the camera recording for my entire 5 hour shift. 2 people have been arrested trying to scam me or the company so far. 😆
I disagree. People like this have always existed. We now live in a time where we DO have accountability thanks to video and social media. Same thing with cops. We're finally able to prove when a bad cop lies to screw you over. Think about the thousands and thousands of years before now where people had no way to prove they were the actual victims.
If he didn’t confront her directly she would have gotten away with doing it time and time again to others. Doordash should do an in-app procedure for the drivers where they take a picture of the food delivered with a log of the time and location the picture was taken. A lot of food delivery services in China do this to avoid this from happening.
It's America the land of the free where abuse at work is ok. Scamming customers are always right and workers treated like sht yet they call themselves the leaders of the free world.
Ya I'm surprised they don't do something, they can select accept on the app before he hands food over, take pics of customers with food, something besides firing drivers
It looks like Doordash drivers need to start recording every delivery in self-defense. This reminded me of a local Burrito shop that I thought had closed all stores, but I checked and found out they still have one location. Burritos as big as your head! I'm getting my wife to bring me one tomorrow....I'm doing inpatient physical therapy, but the hospital kitchen rarely sends edible food, so I have to get outside food to supplement. Thanks for reminding me of this place.
I worked for Instacart shopping for, and delivering groceries. Basically, it's DoorDash for groceries. One thing I would recommend ALL delivery drivers do in today's day & age is get yourself a bodycam and use it during ANY interactions with customers. It will definitely save you a ton of stress if you get into situations such as this.
I love the patriotic American flag tattoo on her forearm. She needs to have that removed if she’s willing to shit on a fellow American’s head over a $10 burrito. If you can’t trust her with a $10 burrito, how can you trust her to have your back in a firefight.
Right? Sociopath vibes are strong... This woman is the type that would hide a body for a quick payout and feel nothing. Just go back to work like nothing happened the next day.
I've had to deal with people like her in my life, they never feel anything about the pain caused to others. They are called psychopaths and/or sociopaths. They do not believe the pain of others has any relevance to them at all. They can watch a child scream in agony and be completely unmoved. They should be put in cages and guarded by men with rifles.
I work for DoorDash and on at least 3 occasions I was reported to doordash for not making delivery of an order. I had to actually show proof that I did deliver the order to the person via text messages and phone calls to the person who said I did not deliver the order. So I completely agree with this guy that this did happen. Luckily all my accusations were taken away off my account so I did not have any penalty.
“Who raised you?” The question I find myself asking more every day. And the sad reality is that everyone I ask that about will end up “raising” kids… Never ending cycle…
Fortunately it was not the fault of the people who raised her!! This was clearly her own choice of how to live now that she's (supposed to be) an adult!!!
The final comment about the thief, hopefully “getting diarrhea”, made me laugh so hard - I almost fell off the toilet! Your video narration is hilarious- SUBSCRIBED!
Glad he confronted her. Granted, the job shouldn't have fired him automatically for it, but at the same time how would you hold someone accountable without having to confront them.
That guy has been clean off of heroin for 5 years! That turd could have driven him back. I bet this is the first time a fired employee has gone in and recorded the person lying. I'm really proud of the driver for standing up for truth, for staying clean and for remaing classy.
Unfortunately not the first time. Door dash is horrible to workers. Didn't you see another video from last year when a CVS manager was confronted by a DD because CVS manager claimed she did not receive her order. Same thing happened that worker was fired and than rehired and cvs manager was fired. I wouldn't go back or work for that horrible company.
Speaking as someone who has been clean from opiates for almost 14 1/2 years, no one can "drive" a recovering addict back to drugs. Stress can certainly make relapse more likely, but the decision to relapse is entirely on the addict, themselves, no matter what else has happened. Having said that, though, she's disgusting and I totally agree that she's a piece of garbage.
The office may not care, but the Army does. She can be courtmarshalled for what she did. Get her! It's one thing to claim your order was made wrong to get it free. It's another thing to falsely accuse someone else of stealing so that you can steal. Shameful!
The army will not do anything unless it was on base. I have been in for years. Especially army NG. Nothing will happen to her. Not unless she was convicted of a crime in civilian court. I've had 2 people under me get serious charges like DUI in civilian court and nothing but a demotion AFTER conviction. One had no issues bc DUI got lowered to a violation DWAI. So army couldn't even demote him as he wasn't convicted of a crime.
This is why I think doordash should be more like Amazon and take pictures when they deliver it because then there wouldn't be any doubt that they delivered it
I would have called police, asked for the video from her job and then contacted the corporate office of her company AND contacted DoorDash to tell them the truth! She is horrible! The idea that she would do that to him, is horrific.
what a sorry arse boss for not investigating his employees dishonesty she should have been fired on the spot - so glad karma caught up with her in the end anyway
So instead of taking it personal you rather somebody getting a video of them on the internet doing what thousands do everyday. Okay.. I am going to track you down J. Funk and find out any wrong doing you may have done. Then I am going to expose you on the internet. Since you feel so much joy doing it, I gather you would welcome getting fired from your job for thanks think every self-righteous person on the internet hates. Ready for your life to be ruined and your joy to be upheld??? Let’s go…
*I’m glad he got his job back!!!* It sounds like he didn’t make the best decisions in his life, but he’s working hard to come back from that! *I’m proud of him, and I’m glad she got what she deserved!!!*
I got lucky when I did DD. I delivered to this customer who wanted to pick up from my car. When I arrived, I saw a lone person outside the apartment waving their hand to get my attention. Believing it was the customer, I pulled up next to her and asked a couple questions. She gave me the correct answer for both (customer name and restaurant name) and I handed it to her. DD got back to me 30 minutes later claiming I hadn’t given the food to the customer. After contacting them, they left the report on my account for 2 weeks before removing it. They still allowed me to deliver even when I still had the report on my account.
Especially if she's in the military bring on charges and legal action. It might not be big enough to get her kicked out (unless there's a previous pattern of issues they'll kick her to the curb) but it'll certainly cost future promotions and maybe even her current rank depending on what it is.
I'm a Staff Sergeant in the Army Reserve. If she were my soldier, not only would I have smoked her out until she was swimming in a pool of her own sweat, but she would also face actions under the Uniformed Code of Military Justice (UCMJ).
This video has been up before. She was not active military she was national guard. She was fired from whatever regular job she had, but I have no idea if the guard did anything to her or not. Hopefully it won't help her career.
@@cyndisherry7547 They probably won't take her out of the military I mean you know how it is with government jobs like being a cop or a judge bro judge, if you've ever gotten a misdemeanor they won't let you do it unless you're already doing it then you can get as many misdemeanors and felonies as you want shit you can cost the city millions of dollars and they still won't fire you... I mean what other reason do they need she lied to intentionally fuck a civilian that she didn't even know out of a job
She makes me feel like she's one of those mean girls who picked on people in highschool and became a nurse; only this time she went into the military lol
This happened to me a few times. The worst thing is that you get a message way after you dropped off the food that a customer didn't get the food. Sometimes I was like a few blocks down I'd go back the person literally with hamburger in hand. Sometimes I took a photo but i always fought it with DD and they always eventually would take the strike away but it would take a few texts or chats with DD.
There needs to better delivery confirmation. The order should only be handed to the customer after the driver auto-confirms by gps, then the customer confirms it, and the driver can then leave after receiving the confirmation. If the customer takes too long to confirm or isn't present after 2 minutes, then the driver can take a picture of the food on the doorstep and leave. If there's a dispute afterwards then the customer would be required to show proof that the delivery driver actually took the food via a door camera or some other way. The photo would atleast prove that the food was present.
So glad she was called out and named. How effed up is it to think you can get away with this and have someone fired. The fact that the office workers also didn’t give a dang makes me question their morals. May be a office thing if we really want to reach
I thought that at first also. But, maybe the coworkers there were not working the day he delivered. I would think that after DD driver left, that someone probably did voice their opinion!! I sure would have!!
Years before camera phones, I worked at a job where we had a soda thief. A woman would go to her locker every morning and put her soda in the fridge so it would be cool/cold by the time she wanted it for lunch. But they were disappearing. So, one day we decided to shake up her can of soda really hard and laid in wait for whomever to soak themselves opening the can of Coke. The thief was guilty and everyone knew it. Low tech but very satisfying.
@@terrihenriques6139 I record them taking the food if I hand it to them and then make sure I get the house number in the video. It might add an extra minute to each delivery but it saved my ass twice with assholes like these. 🤷🏼♀️
@@shalynping they take a picture of them delivering your food every time so they can text the picture to the customer and the customer can find their food, I really needed that sometimes because there are two apartment threes in my complex and sometimes they give it to the wrong one and I have to find it on their porch. I always feel wrong taking my food from their porch because they have a camera on their porch and it's looking right at me while it just looks like I'm stealing their food, but they know I'm not because they didn't order no doordash
He should have called the cops on her right there that is so disgusting that people do things like that especially now when everyone is having a hard time bless his heart I hope you stay clean and sober, and she deserves everything she has coming now that her face is out there. I hope it was worth the $10
As someone who has done doordash I'd like to clarify that no, you do not get fired for just one complaint. Its a mark against you and so many marks or complaints THEN you're fired. Not all complaints are legit and some can get clarified but some legit deliveries like this are not clarified and remain a mark against you. If he does this all day most days he probably has a few legit deliveries that weren't clarified and went against him. This was just the last mark.
gosh his voice makes me so sad like you can hear it in his voice makes me so sad a human being did this to someone and not even care like she has no clue what he has to provide for or if he has kids this hurts my heart for him praying he finds another job
Despicable bro. Countless people out there trying to make a living, recovering addicts included at entry level jobs only to be treated like dirt. Keep going guys. You are the nation's hero's.
I was an SM at Subway and a guy dug a sandwich with three bites left out the trash. He came in and said it was horrible. I asked him what kind it was, he couldn’t tell me. I asked him what was on it. He couldn’t tell me. I called the owner and the owner said just give him a free sandwich. I did. He then tried to get a free drink and chips too. Then when I refused he raised a huge ruckus in my store screaming about how nasty we are and such. Guess who got arrested for refusing to leave?
She deserve to be fired. $10 to lose her job. the guy was working so hard and try the best in his life and she just take advantage of him .Was worth it?
I hope this man stays clean, stays employed, and finds humans who will support his recovery, and show him that there are some good humans out there. Prosperity, strength and respect to the delivery guy
@@caitlinkelly1791 they do take pictures but honestly cameras would definitely be helpful for dashers as well because DoorDash is notorious for not caring about their workers
I don't think you have any idea how irrational and how much of a complete pain in the ass that is for people who door dash full time. Go pros have a battery life of about an hour and a half.
Kudos to the driver for his heroic effort to get off the drugs and stay clean!!! I hope the military also takes action against this nasty thief as well...dishonorable discharge follows you for life...she needs to understand the real cost of a $10 sandwich
I'm so happy it worked out for him and more happy to hear about his 5 years of sobriety! Often when they go back to confront these scumbags they get in more trouble so in really happy he didn't buy I never would have trusted her to call corporate without hearing both sides of the conversation and making sure she said she intentionally lied about not getting her order. I'm glad she was fired, what a POS
