Pretty obvious what happened. They started a friends with benefits relationship, she wanted to keep it on the low since she was separated from her husband and had two kids so didn't want anyone to perceive her wrong, the guy started getting to attached and, by his own admission, asked to take the relationship to another level which he says she didn't reciprocate. She started to pull back since he was getting to attached, he started to stalk her thinking in his mind she was choosing another guy over him, she most likely told him something to the effect "If you don't leave me alone i'm going to break your phone" he didn't, she did, and they wind up in court and she denies ever having slept with him to protect her "reputation" thinking he didn't have any evidence of their encounters, but alas he had the texts he claimed to have deleted sometime prior... That about sums it up...
