You don't even know what you just said, well you do, but that is so true man a cousin of mine is know getting deported back to Russia because he hit a woman after she assaulted him, o and guess what happened to her? (Nothing) it's bull that the law cares(not always) more about woman then men. (What happened with woman wanting to have equal rights?)
Guess what, men who are wife-beaters also often only get community service for their first-time offense. At most, they might do 2-3 nights in jail and that's it. Domestic abusers rarely get any jail time.
S Piano umm, she literally stabbed him. If a man did that, he’d at least go to jail for a little while. You have to at least admit that if a man did this his consequences would be more severe.
@@SkyyPiano Guess what, if you watched the video you would see that she did MULTIPLE offences, not just a first-time offence. And even after she attempted to murder him in his shower stabbed him multiple times, scratched him multiple times and etc, she still didn't even get jail time, only a fine and mandatory domestic abuse classes. But I guess to you they're still comparable bc women must always be 'societies victim'
Woman: *Assaults innocent man and admits he never touched her* Also woman: "I'm SuInG yOu FoR mAkInG mE tAkE tHoSe ClAsSes" Sooo.... She's suing him for assaulting him?
this woman reminds me of my ex G/F she would get mad at me then hit me and say in all seriousness that i "made her hit me" or that i made her do it. utter psyco
I mean i wouldnt necessarily call him "innocent" but she most certainly had no reason under the sun to lay a finger on him. If she was SO upset by him she could always just... leave. Im guessing as this show is over a decade old this girl likely is in state lockup by now, or worse
So fucking tired of Looking at these gender swap comments, fucking hell boys it wouldn't be the same ans the guy would go to jail, but she's a women and man bad.
@@joshdunham7167 Eh? So your saying that all men are bad and all women are good? There are just as many good men as there are good woman and vice versa. Please dont lean into such a bold untrue stereotype
@Pieces109 As it should be. It is what should be considered. It wouldve been alot worse for the lady if she were gender swapped. Men suffer worse punishments for the same crime when compared to a lady doing it.
He knows what time it is. Time to put on a show. You can't have a penis and be a victim at the same time. If he tried for any kind of justice for her stabbing or scaring up his face, he would have been laughed out of there.
It's all a show... he is still hurting inside... from the whole abuse, and also from the shame of admitting it, he is putting on his comedian face, but he is hurting deep inside... I so hope he does get some counselling, and I'm hoping this appearance on this show has given other men some courage to come forward or to escape from their abusive female partners.
Why is she proudly stating how she physically abused him!!!? And the audience is laughing!!?? this is why some women think is ok to beat on men! smh!!!
I just left my abusive ex I have epilepsy. And we argued I went to the couch to sleep she kicked me in the back of the head too see if I would retaliate. Well I left next morning and she's denying it all and trying the flip. Feel sorry for guys like this man I feel it.
This girl (I cannot call her a woman) is a classic abuser. The way she giggles while talking about the abuse she put this poor guys is very disturbing.
Varsity oC yeah and if that wasn't bad enough her new boyfriend had the audacity to tell my brother "the best thing you can do for your daughter is sign over your parental rights to me, because I can be a better father to her than you could ever be."
If a man did this to a woman...there’d be no “domestic violence course” recommendation. She’s lucky that’s all she got. And she tries to sue the victim for the course costs? The audacity!
Did you see the look on her face when the judge was reading her the riot act at the end? I thought she was going to run up on the judge's bench and attack the judge. There was evil in those eyes.
she stabbed Me! Audience hahahahahha , Woman: He didn’t do anything after i stabed him and threw a vaccume cleaner on him, Woahhhh, what a moster prosecute him
I love how the judge brought up the fact that men are embarrassed when women abuse them and tend to stay quiet. It’s very true and very sad. Abusive women deserve to be in prison just as much!
ohh we women are not weak we can be as strong as men.... 10seconds later after a man just slaps them . ohh omh how can you hit me you cant hit a woman why whould you hit som one weaker then you?
Apparently she did go to jail, as it does say she was incarcerated in the show, but my guess is not for very long. Women, statistically, get far more lenient sentencing for just about every crime, and especially domestic violence.
compmanio36 It does not say she was incarcerated it says she was convicted. That could mean anything. The judge actually says that if she does not stop she could "end up in State prison." Not that she went there before.
Me: well I didn't mean to hurt my girlfriend she was just being rude and I want to work it out Police officer: sir there is a 6 inch hole in this woman's chest. The only thing that worked out was the bullet going out her back. Me: yep look like the bullet worked all the way out all right.
often times, if men call the police for domestic abuse from their women, the MEN who made the call get arrested men make up 40-50% of all domestic abused, thats roughly half, but we're making fun of it and victimising the women a man would have gotten jail time for hitting her once, but if its a woman she walks free. this is crap. absolute crap.
When mandatory arrest laws got introduced in America, making it legal for police to just straight up arrest the attacker, in California the arrests for men went up around 35% and the arrests for women went up 446% 446!!! something tells me that women aren't as hard done by as they claim to be. Also feminists will claim that the 50% rate of male victims aren't valid because they're being attacked by other men....as though that makes a fucking difference.
ryan8878 The NOW, apparently. They routinely take it on themselves to downplay male stats for issues affecting women. I guess huge feminist organisations can't be trusted to hold to the rules of "true feminism" either, eh? Who and what is real feminism? When the movement has relied for so long on gaining political capital via misrepresenting and maligning men and their issues, I don't think anyone can say that "real feminism" is THE feminism at the moment. Maybe after all this reactionary bullshit has settled, the feminists of tomorrow will be closer to "real" feminism than today's.
Glad that you mention this, because when I was with my last ex I did get hit a lot, as well as threatened by her and her father for preposterous shit, On several ocassions I called the Lodi, CA police department and a few times I made the report in person. Every time they just laughed at me and told me to not waste their time. Normally I wouldn't mention places near where I live but I feel it is necessary for people to know how they will be treated if they are from around that area.
ryan8878 My point is that they define rape as a 'women's issue' when it affects men just as much. Rape is a human issue and if they honestly want to stop all rape they need to pull their heads out from the sand and cut out the circle jerk crap. Same deal with genital mutilation. Bet when you heard 'genital mutilation' you were thinking about poor girls in india and africa. What about the 58% - 64% of baby and teenage boys who get part of their dick chopped off against their will?Just as big of a problem. But feminists don't give a shit about it because they only care about the women's side of human issues.
Isha Muhammad maybe it’s because “she tried to work things out” while she put a vacuum cleaner in the shower trying to basically kill him, I mean I would laugh if someone tried to kill me with a vacuum cleaner.
The sad thing is the man is taking this so lightly and so is the judge. Verdict of $500? Can you imagine if the tables were turned? He'd be looking at a very long jail term. I honestly can't believe how blasé he is about this. The sad thing is this won't go away, she knows she can get away with it. Either he'll end up seriously hurt or she will *when* he defends himself. Sadly you think all the past abuse will be taken into account? He's sadly in the worst demographic, everyone is against men like him.
If it was reversed, the woman would have pressed charges immediately. The Judge even says that the man should press charges. You cant do anything if you don't
@Cheryl why do you think all the guys are your ex boyfriend XD if you can not find a guy that does not mean they are all stupid chances are they are just smart enought to stay away from you
Darcy Pendragon Gangster: He ran into my 60 bullets, I swear! Like wouldn't he have paid attention to my bullets! I swear it was target practice, I swear!
OPERATION BLACKOUT ...I didn’t have to watch the video to feel sorry for men. I feel sorry for men especially the ones that have to deal with the court system during a divorce.
I love how she admits to domestic violence, proudly admits while smiling at that. Yet she’s not even in fucking jail when if the genders were switched he’d be on trial, labeled scum by everyone and be locked up for decades and beaten in prison for being a woman basher. The disgusting sexism towards men in society has been normalised. This is sad and horrific.
Wow Judge Pirro is awesome she doesn't care whether it's a man getting beaten by a woman or a woman getting beaten by man to her it's a crime we need more judges like her.
Kim Jong Un and you're exactly right that is exactly what it should be but a lot of the time they are a little bit biased towards one side and it doesn't really make it fair
Flaming Potato She was already convicted for all that I agree she got off lightly for that but this case was for her complaint not for her assistant him.
DarkStride What about all the men that get jailed on false rape charges? Or how men are usually always the first to be arrested on domestic violence calls (Usually calls from neighbours). The US, no, the entire west has a problem with equality in its courts and communities, but not in the way most people think. It even comes down to the small insignificant stuff; you'll hear women on TV 'joke' about how women are smarter and more competent, but the moment a man does it he gets labelled a bigot and will often lose his job. Maybe we need to start putting defendants and plaintiffs behind big screens and make them use voice changers.
@@mingoringo_ That's ALL she got though, was a court-ordered course about domestic violence. That's what my ex got too, when she broke every window in the house, smashed me on the head with a can of soup until it dented, and told the cops "I was trying to crush his skull in so he'd die because he turned off the computer". Best part is, she called the cops and told them she felt threatened.
So many men are physically and emotionally abused by their wife or girlfriend and are too afraid to say anything because of embarrassment. Women can talk about how they have no rights but legally the women always has the upper hand.
Not just the embarrassment....this video is a prefect example of how they will get away with it. Not only will you be laughed at, but nothing will happen BECAUSE she's a woman. There's no real equality.
Honestly there was a Jeremy Kyle episode where they talk about this and honestly I’m 100% for women rights but the fact that they could get away with murder( figuratively speaking) is absolutely sick and should not be tolerated.
This is a civil court though, they don't handle those types of cases. I believe he just wanted her off his ass, which is a civil court duty. For attempted murder and any criminal charges, those are done in higher up courts. If he sued her, it would require criminal charges to be placed and would go up to a higher court.
@@Kupkaik Exactly^^ This judge doesnt have the ability to lay down that kind of ruling. She was convicted of the stabbing, but we don know the actual penalty. SHOULD have been jail time, but probably wasnt. As for the case presented here, it was handled correctly.
This is a judge that I can give all my respect to, I love her. She wasn't afraid to speak the truth like many other judges would be, but I can understand them. Especially against a crazy psycho like her.
you don't hit women and you don't hit men. But who says that you can't hit a fighter? If she's or he's attacking you and you tell them to stop and they don't listen, then that's when you know that their fighters and you do everything you can to defend yourself no matter what gender they are or who you are
I am disappointed in society because this woman plays the victim and blames the man for her stabbing him. LIKE WTF. If a man did that he would be in so much trouble and publicly shamed and this woman got almost NOTHING.
My bf and I often look at other men and women! We both are able to recognize that there are hot people in the world and so we just look and even grade people! Women are far too jealous these days.
I completely agree like just because I were to look at another girl doesn’t mean I love my gf any less I mean I don’t really look at anyone to begin with but just saying that it should be that way in my opinion
Yeah it’s because too many people have insecurities and lack self esteem. I could care less if my bf looks at other women, unless he does it in a ridiculous disrespectful way which of course he doesn’t. But merely looking is not a problem but this woman is a psycho and a control freak so doesn’t suprise me at all
If a man had done what she did he would be in prison for life for battery, domestic violence, attempted murder, stalking and God knows what else. The blatant unfairness of this case versus male violence on women is beyond my comprehension. The law needs to change.
Her: he was dancing saying "Haha you can't hurt me." Police report: "he was on his stomach on the floor after getting his knee kicked in and his ribs bashed"
god damn i hate it too, sometimes im just walking down the street and i accidentaly walk into a carving knife blood going everywhere gut cut and suit full of blood! quite a mess to clean afterwards, such a bother!
Fortunately for her, the position she's in (as well as her gender to an extent... we are dealing with sexists after all!) has provided some insulation from retaliation by feminists and other sjws. Normally heretics are swiftly disposed of and silenced by any means necessary.
WTF!!! SHE TRIED KILLING THE GUY MORE THAN ONCE!!! AND SHE JUST PAYS A SMALL FINE???? well that settles it. If a woman tries assaulting me that would be the end of her because the court doesnt seem to give women the proper punishment.
She totally belonged in prison, not on a court TV show. She was a very dangerous and deadly woman and shouldn’t have gotten any special treatment. She’s also very abusive, violent, and manipulative. If he was looking at other women, leave him.
+Cameron Klepacz Meh- my dad gave me explicit permission to stab my sister with my fork at 6 or 7 (she was 10ish), Because she always stole my food from my plate, I probably lost at least 50% of my food until then... She especially liked to take all of my favorites foods leaving just stuff I don't like. I don't know if he actually expected me to do it... but I flat out asked him, "If she takes anymore of my fries, can I stab her in the hand with my fork..." I don't think I even expected him to say yes but he did... & my sister always had to try what she was told not to do... So as yet more of my fries were then on her fork & leaving my plate, I stabbed her with my fork... I think I also stabbed my class mate's hand in grade 2 with my pencil cause he would stop touching my face for some reason I don't remember now. We actually ended up being friends because of the incident, I remember he still had the lead in his palm when I last saw him before flipping out during Bible class & running screaming from that cult school as fast as I can... Please understand that I was raised in a cult that ran that school, the kid was the school's 1st black student & we were taught to hate & dehumanize him. I was not very nice to him initially but I had been raised to be that way & was scared of him. Still I was never really the bully type (unlike the others), so I was not intentionally abusive/cruel... That was probably why he felt like he could pick on me & push my buttons, However, that fight was a pivotal moment for us, we both really saw each other for the 1st time & realized neither of us was the enemy. It was that kid that taught me how truly wrong what I was being taught is & helped me see what kind of person I wanted to be. I owe that kid (he's not a kid now) a lot, I wonder if he still has the pencil lead in his palm... I would totally help him have that lead (technically graphite) removed from his palm today, if I only knew where he was... So yeah, even relatively sane people can stab people... But this lady obviously is not quite right & would recommend the guy run screaming away... Also don't worry, I have not stabbed anybody in many, many years, decades really... & I no longer do such things... I use my words to fight now but even then I try to be very careful not to cross the line into someone I can't be proud of. I have seen & done enough in this life that I am not proud of & was wrong... All I can say & all I have is what I do now/as an adult, is what matters & I am responsible for, What matters now is what I do now, & by living by that mantra, I have been lucky to build a adult life that I can be proud of & was worthwhile... Sure, there's lots of pain/suffering, nothing is really that easy, I am dying & I have spent more time in medical facilities then everything else combined... Yes, there's been a lot of difficulty, hard work & hardships, I certainly wish that certain things had been different... But I'm at peace with it; It is what it is, nothing can change that... But today & tomorrow, those are things in our power... Just because my life has been an unmitigated disaster & my education so screwed up, it's a wonder I can do anything... Or because I face limitations, disabilities or areas of incapability, Does not mean that I am incapable of anything & just a wasted life with no redeeming qualities... I had to learn to use my own gifts & invest heavily in my gifts, but the results have been more then I ever dreamed possible. For example, I was deeply offended that our great society had not managed to create an actually functional mobility that was also affordable... I was even moreso offended that all over the world, family with disabled children could not afford to buy a single mobility aid, much less the countless ones a kid needs as they grow up... It was offensive to me that their kids just had to squirm around on the ground all their lives because somebody preferred to sell junk worth a few hundred, maybe a $1,000 for tens & tens of thousands! As a result of that & about +7 years of my life, I've created the world's 1st fully affordable, universally accessible powerchair that practically entirely eliminates the barriers to universal accessibility in our society. It does all of that & it does not cause added injuries due to use, can go as fast/slow as needed, travel +500km per charge or 2-3 days, takes less then a hour to charge, It can safely go up & down stairs, curbs, rocks, etc. This is compared to 2-3hrs use for +24hrs charge or about 15-20km, only goes max 5km &... Causes severe injures with use due to among other things, effectively kicking the user hard in the butt/spine 3 times for each bump/crack touched due to woefully inadequate suspension. The really exciting part is that for the 1st time, with this new chair disabled people will be able to not just be fully engaged in community & independent, During disasters, disabled people will be able to evacuate! Current stats say 1 in 5 to 1 in 6 people are disabled & 81% are unable to evacuate in the face of a disaster (down to 62% with significant advanced warning). It's said that during Katrina 1 in 3 of those unable to evacuate were disabled & the 2 top reasons for not evacuating are personally disabled or loved one disabled! It's also thought of the roughly 1,000-1,200 people that died, over 50% were disabled... That's 500-600 disabled people died... If things had been managed even worse, the death tolls could of been much higher. I remember during the major ice storm in Canada in 1998, if disabled people had this chair then, many could of been saved there. I am really happy with all my hard work & I'm proud to say I expect to be in retail production in about a year. Right now, the prototype is being built & then significant testing will need to be done but I'm really excited about it. For the 1st time, instead of futilely trying to modify they entire world to be accessible, we have a way to just enable disabled people to have full accessibility. So yeah, just because because I have done some bad &/or stupid things, does not mean we are all like that lady... Adam BTW- I don't have anything personally against that lady, she obviously sick & needs major interventions; I hope she gets the help she needs, so that she too can grow up & have a life she can be proud of...
“He stepped into it” That is something a 8 year old would say to try and get out of punishment for hitting their younger sibling. “MOM HE STEPPED INTO MY PUNCH” 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Just listening to her trying to defend herself just shows how little she actually cares about this guy. She attacked him blaintly with no remorse or forethought and thinks she's justified in her argument. That's the problem with the law. There is no repercussions for a woman if the woman is the abuser, there is punishment but not as heavy as it is for a man. A male abuser is sentenced for decades while females are sent to classes or small time in prison. There needs to be equal punishment for both genders.
@@joshuaportillo4880 People are laughing because she said some STUPID things like he walk into the knife... They are not laughing because he got stabbed but because of how ridiculous she sounds.
i don't care how poorly a woman claims to be treated by a man she has no right to abuse him, leave him. Equal rights my butt, women want equal rights until it doesn't serve them.
Kimber Rose if she had stabbed me i would have given her a taste of equality, her little pumpkin knife would look like a toothpick compared to a Ka-Bar
She's just crazy period. She doesn't love him. She just thinks she is entitled to whatever she wants. And she thinks it's hilarious that when she doesn't get it then she will physically attack him and her punishment will be nothing compared to what his would be if he it his hands on her at all.
It doesn't matter if he slept with 5 different women at once IN FRONT of her face, there is absolutely no excuse to hit, kick, scratch, etc your partner.
He has way more restraint than I do. I’d have no problem hitting a woman if she had already stabbed me, threw a vacuum at me in the shower, and then started hitting, kicking and scratching me.
I just have to give this man credit for being able to restrain himself from hitting her back. My mom always said "If you hit a man, expect to get hit back". I don't see many cases of abuse on women from men. I can understand how embarrassing it must be. However I hope men do start coming forward if their being abused in ANY way. #HimToo
What a great judge ! When she said DOESNT matter if u are a man or woman , assault is assault ... and u should be ashamed for taking pride in assaulting a man 👏👏👏👏
