My town had a town wide yard sale, about 25 houses. I went to 4 then quit. Everything was over priced or had ebay prices ( the highest ones they could find) at one sale they brought Everything to the end of the driveway. They had a box of used golfballs no price so I asked , not for sale,a box of door knobs NFS...?? Then why bring it to the end of the driveway? A friend did 10 of the houses then quit. It was ridiculous
It is the same in Albuquerque. People from across the border come and buy everything regardless of price. If you don't show up to the opening within 45 minutes, everything will be sold.
Those Bose center channel speakers were $250 new at Best Buy 20 yrs ago. I bought one and still use it today. They are a fantastic entry level center channel
Nice yard/garage sale finds John..😍😮 Love all the stereo equipment especially the Sony Bluetooth speaker it's really cool..🤗 That vintage GE radio is awesome too..🎉 Take care..👍❤🔥🤙
Nice haul. You are right about point and shoots over last 3 weeks got 3. One for 2 that sold for 90. One for 70 that sold for 190 and one for 5 that sold for 170
Your having some really good finds lately, that general electric bakelite radio was a cool find. When i find them i do buy colored radio cassette players myself too, just don't come across them often. I had several fleamarkets/yardsales the last few weeks, found some good stuff and yesterday even got an old early 70s pioneer receiver. I hope you sell the stuff fast, and get some more good pickings in the future.
So glad you got the hi fi stuff i was trying to psychiclly tell you to get them ,lol, was thinking the auctioneers favourite of 80-120 $ and she said 100 so spot on, some great finds at every single sale though john, what a day !? Well done man !
What an awesome day! Just love garage sale days like these, huh. I've had the Nikon point and shoot camera. I still have the one I bought in 2001 (yeap, I'm dating myself) I went to Italy on a tour guided trip. Those cameras are great and it was an awesome camera for the trip and took good pictures. Yea, no cell phone camera like what we have now. I still have mine. One of our local camera shops is processing film again. My guy, John, was thinking about taking out his old Olympus and running a couple of rolls through it for fun.
Funny story behind the first Ogio backback I bought on eBay 20 years ago and still use today. It arrived filled with personal items belonging to the seller. I contacted them to see if they wanted their personal property returned. Found out it belonged to the former world motocross champion, David Vuilleman. He sent me a pair of autographed race worn goggles for returning his stuff.
You found my dream speaker! I always wanted to pick it up but I didn’t wanna pay $400 for it $50 I would of picked it up in a heart beat. If you’re willing to sell it I’d gladly buy it asap!
Hello Cincinnati...it was an excellent garage sale...I just thought you would get that bike...it seems to me that the model here in Brazil I know as the Caloi 10......for $20 dollars.great video. ...
I went to a community based sale in my town yesterday and got more sports collectibles 😅. I also got a couple Hubley trucks. I paid a grand total of $30 for everything. I should do well with the Hubley's but the cards, pennants and caps I got will be added to my personal collection.
@@cincinnatipicker Thank you. The person with the Hubley's told me that her grandchildren didn't want them and though I wanted to give her more for them she wouldn't take it. The cards I got I will have to go through and the pennants were from college teams from the SEC also known as the Southeastern Conference. Minus Texas and Oklahoma. The landscape of college football has changed drastically and next to baseball it's my favorite sport.
Do you have a social media consultant? Just wondering as I’ve been a passive watcher for a while (watching for a couple years but never commenting) and I’ve watched your channel grow and grow. You’re doing a great job! If you have a consultant I would love to get their info
Nope, just me lol. I’ve learned some tips and tricks over the years, I’m happy to jump on a call and give you some pointers. No charge, I don’t do any kind of paid coaching or anything like that. Shoot me an email: cincinnatipicker@gmail.com
This is the first video that's been uploaded since I found the channel and so it threw me off seeing "30 minutes ago" instead of 3months-2 years ago but anywho I'm about 50+ videos in already and I'm addicted because I've never gotten these type of videos on my recommend till now 😂
Like you're videos. Long time watcher from the Netherlands. we dont really have garage sales where i live. My brother has some baseball gloves he wants to get rid off. I remember that you ones told a site there you could look up the name of the glove and how much they are worty. I cant find the video anymore where you told that. Can you mayby give me the name of that site so i can see if some off his gloves are worth selling seperate of to just sell it in 1 big lot of 5/6 gloves with 6 baseballs.
These garage sellers think their stuff is worth ebay prices bc of all the flippers who have been turning profits on their pickups. Now the flippers are upset that the garage sellers are wise to ebay prices. Comical. You done did it to yourselves.
How disappointing have the Reds been lately? feels foolish to just blindly support them at this point. Injuries can't be an excuse, every team deals with that. There is always next year....
