Look at the statistics, most do, it took my dad 3 times against the judge to win custody of me and it was one of the best things that could have happened to me. Especially because I was just starting puberty and the importance of a real father figure to teach me how to grow into manhood and how to treat a woman properly was priceless. He was a perfect model of how to be a great father. I am so grateful I got that foundation from him, that's something I plan on giving my future child.

When my Brother was getting his divorce his ex was not at the custody hearing because she was in Jail for Drugs & Shoplifting. The judge still wanted to give her full custody my Bros lawyer had to tell the Judge three times that no the Father wants full custody he will take them right now and she's in Jail. The judge was like the kids can go to foster care till she's out. Our lawyer literally had to say he wants the kids you can't send them to foster care when one of the parents will take them. @Pearl I have 8 kids in the u.s. I’ve fought in court for all of them and lost everytime. Now I have an 8 and 6 year old I didn’t agree to and now the mother uses them as a tool to punish me. My boys are suffering, everytime I see them they cry for me not to go. I was the primary care giver and literally pulled them both out of her when they were born. The judge didn’t care. I didn’t get a single phone call for 14 months from my kids after I filed for custody. The judge didn’t care that at one point she put a knife to my sons throat and threatened to delete him and herself. She went to jail for 72 hours, absolutely nothing happened. Now I can only see them when she needs something. Make it make sense

I can attest to what he was saying about the court system. When I was in the Navy in Virginia Beach, Virginia, my ex became a drug addict, and an alcoholic, and an adulterous. When I spoke with a lawyer about divorce, I was told that, even though my wife was drunk, most of the time was doing drugs, and this was provable, because she had to take a blood test when she went into rehab,and she had men over at the house who were abusing my children, I was told that she would get custody of the children, because according to Virginia law, the children belong with the mother, due to their tender years, which means under the age of 16. None of her problems had any factor in it, the fact that I was having to get out of the military to take care of my children, had nothing to do with it, Virginia feels that children belong with the mother, no matter how bad a person she is. I was fortunate that when I got my hardship, discharge from the Navy, that I was going back to Pennsylvania, where I live previously, because Pennsylvania, according to my lawyer, in Virginia, will give a man a fair shake, when it comes to custody. And it did, because I got custody of my children. My wife continued to abuse, drugs, alcohol, and men, and she finally passed away from it in 2018.

When an unintentional pregnancy happens, both parties are at fault for the pregnancy, but it's 100% her decision and therefore, it should be 100% HER responsibility if she REMAINS pregnant. When an unintentional pregnancy happens, the man should only have to pay for his half of the cost of an abortion to remedy the situation. If abortion isn't available, then they should pay half of her prenatal care costs. If SHE chooses to go through with the pregnancy, then SHE should pay for all additional costs and responsibilities which come with HER CHOICE. If you claim that the baby will suffer without the dad's child support, then the mother can let a rich family adopt it. Rich families are standing in line for an infant. They may even pay all of her prenatal care costs. If the child suffers because SHE CHOSE to keep it, it was because SHE CHOSE to let it suffer by keeping it. Her choice = her responsibility. There has to be a balance of rights and responsibilities and the above makes everyone responsible for their own choices. Let both parties pay for the consequences of those things over which they have authority to choose. It’s simple fairness and equality.
