My pets use soresto collars as well and one of my dogs had several ticks this summer. Very unusual for him. He is also having kidney issues. He's 15 and also has some cancerous growths, so we're just doing things that make him happy and comfortable for as long as he wants. They're our family members and the best we can do is make the decisions we know are best for them. I'm so sorry for your loss and I just want you to know you're never alone
Btw my wisdoms did the same thing and I'm not really small. It's fairly normal, and if you're a good patient and follow all your post on instructions and ice a lot you'll be fine in a couple days. I would suggest sedation and anti neusea meds though!
So sorry to hear about yr dog passing, my heart and thought go out to u guys. I know the heart ache that comes with losing one of your furbabies. Sending love and healing to you 🙌💖
*** virtual hugs *** My Dad has been in kidney failure for many years and has not been doing very well the last few years. He's been on dialysis for just over 6 years now about 3 years ago lost a leg but that most difficult part is that mentally he isn't really with us anymore because he's been put under sooo many times and has had grand mal seizures went through delirium several times ( honestly I feel as if he's not come all the way back from the last stint well over a year ago or possibly has brain damage) idk but it's very difficult and...uhhh... I'm just so sorry hon
