For anyone wondering why he has to do it so fast and "agressive",there is an actual reason. sheeps heat up (get very hot/heated) so fast when they are under stress or a certain position and it can get rlly dangerous for the animal. So this man actually knows what he's doing. Hes gotta be fast for the animal's safety. Edit: i never said he had to be agressive, just fast.

Imagine going to a salon and the hairdresser just randomly tackles you into a knee hold and then starts cutting ur hair lol

Just had a quick read through the comments, and it amazes me how people feel the need to post stuff about how he's being aggressive, poor sheep, blah blah blah, from people who have absolutely no idea what their on about. I've been around sheep and shearing sheds for 40 years plus. I wouldn't hesitate to get these guys to shear my sheep. He's not being aggressive at all. When he drops the slide to grab her, they get a fright and always try to move away from you, so a little man handling is necessary. The set up is on a trailer ( you can see one of the wheels) so these guys are contract shearers. They get paid per head not by the hour. Sheep don't like sitting like that all their internal organs weigh down and if you're very slow shearing they struggle to breath causing them to kick,bite and do their best to puncture any part of you with their horns . Notice how he keeps the ewe moving, and he's constantly adjusting his hold and his feet positions. This takes ALOT of practice. He's shorn tens of thousands of sheep believe me. His technique is called Bowen style, and its about as good a job as you'll ever see a shearer do. I used to be able to do around 150 a day. After the first day of the new season, I could hardly stand up straight. After 2 or 3 days, you're sweet to go. It's hard work alright.

What I truly appreciate is the fluidity of your motion - nothing but careful attention to the details like her tail fuzz, smoothly repositioning as needed, and precise placement of the shears to remove the fleece in nice, long blows with no nicks or scratches. I imagine shearers and farriers both need to take extra care of their backs, as neither work is kind on the body!

339th sheep, lets say each sheep takes about a minutes and ten seconds (Adding on the ten for any sheep that took a little longer). He's been doing that for about 6.6 hours

Compared to the other sheep account (run by a woman) who describes each sheep's name & life story and shears in moderate speed, this one just calls the sheep by number-no chitchat at all, just pure and speedy asmr shearing. Very direct to the point, all business, and just manly to the core lol. Either way, it's sheep shearing, and I love watching these vids lol

Что ж молодец парень!👍Довольно быстро и аккуратно сработал .Я помню в далеком детстве мы связывали три ноги овцы дед клал их на стол и стриг специальными ножницами для стрижки, было не так быстро и четко как у этого парня .А станком стригли в совхозе но тоже связывали что бы не сильно брыкался.

You know man, that was really rude towards that sheep. It was squirming when you picked it up and put it on its back. And while shaving it you were turning that poor sheep upsidedown and being quick doesn't really help. When you had the sheep on its head, that could have put the sheep in pain. Please be a little nicer and more careful. Think in the sheep's perspective
