The disarray of these sheds mirrors the disarray of these folk’s lives. No money for bills but plenty for four-wheelers.

I have no idea about your pay, but you earned every cent you made on this one, for sure. And I am amazed - and just outright proud of you, that when you discover you're going to be the one moving "stuff" away from the sheds you have to move, you do it in a mostly neat and organized way. It’s incredible how many people you deal with get Covid in the exact timeframe around when you’re trying to pick up their sheds!

Unfortunate that the people who rent-to-buy these buildings and can't make payments, take it out on you by leaving junk in the building and packed up around/under the building that you have to remove. Very sad that they exist in our society. But they do. You are a saint.

People like this amaze me because they intentionally try to make your job harder because they can't afford a shed. This is the kind of attitude that will have you always struggling in life with bad credit or no credit.

I was surprised that you didn't remove the mattress from the shed. The dump fee for mattresses isn't cheap.

Came across your videos by accident, and now that I've watched a couple I'm thinking "This is FAR better to watch than most of the TV shows currently airing". I just can’t understand how someone can be so disrespectful for mother peoples property, they hire these sheds they don’t own them. How they have the cheek to take a couple of panels out of the side and then replace them with a bit of what we call chip board (wood chips compressed) is beyond me. I don’t know what you get paid for these jobs but it isn’t enough. You are the most tolerant hard working helpful individual and they just give you crap. Josh you are one top guy. All the very best to you and that lovely boss of yours take care pal and keep the shiny side up.

For 1 night in Georgia earlier this year in February we stayed at an airbnb on our way south for a one night rest. Turned out it was a shed converted into livable space. Didn't even have a proper door, just a wood door with a lock on the outside only. I accidentally turned the latch thinking it wouldn't lock, but it locked, and the key was inside with my Fiance. But there were such big gaps on the door that she was able to finger the key to me. It was a neat experience but the hot water only lasted for a few minutes and the mini-split heat wouldn't run for more than a few hours. Also remember the floor was ice cold since it was a shed originally. Very weird. A unique experience but definitely glad it was only for one night!

I am amazed as to how much crap you have to remove from the shed and remove from under and around the shed to get the thing out. All because they don't care to remove it themselves. Josh, you are an incredible person.

I don't comment often, but wanted to say I think all of us watching are pulling for you on jobs like this -- so many times you find desperate or sad situations, but these folks appear numerous and physically able, yet left the shed and the area around it a wreck, then laughing about the wasps, riding an ATV around you, and talking about leaving their trash mattress in there -- you keep your cool, do your job, and always stay respectful. Thank you for making these videos and being a great example of how to act, professionally and personally.

They destroyed that little building with all the modifications they did to it. That is going to be a big fixer up project for someone. Glad you got out of there all in one piece! I'm surprised that you don't lift the end up that you stuck the wheels under as high as that Mule will lift and dump all that crap out of the shed. You need a cup holder like the Tuffy 034-03 mounted to the Mule to hold a couple cans of Wasp and hornet spray. Some of cans of spray need to be shaken before you use them. I've noticed they have a little better knock down when shaken. I'm always amazed at the capability of the mule. Another great repo.

Why do I love watching these repo videos? So satisfying. I want to tell those two people standing there watching that "Keep it up and you too can have your stuff repo'ed in the future".

Imagine the poor life’s decisions that leave you standing in your yard with all your stuff watching some dude drive away with your house.

Tech Tip: If it stinks totally paint the floor, walls and ceiling. Then inside smells like fresh paint. Put floor paint on very thick and simply roll it, let it fully dry, any color works. This is the same way you do a house it works and cheap!

That land is gorgeous! Too bad it's not being respected! Just because they cut the grass, doesn't mean they care about it. I'd love a little house nestled back there, with no one else around!
