Nice pickup I have one of these myself handy tip thou it’s not necessary to burn the oblivion out of the weeds it only need wilt the leaves to have done its job nature will do the rest if u see steam coming of you’ve spent to much time in one spot. Cheaper to run and no black soot to clean up good vid hope this helps someone cheers

You're using it wrongly, you shouldn't be trying to get rid of the weeds in one burn. Firstly go over them with the burner and that will kill them. Then, in a few days, when they have turned brown you can easily burn them away. Trying to burn them completely when they are still green uses a huge amount of paraffin.

good unit that, also ordinary salt or rock salt is fantastic for organic weed control on paths and gravel, the romans used it extensively to keep the weeds away.

handy video...i picked one up from a flea market for nothing ...but ive got my work cut out....the shroud you pulled back is rotten from the front to the side vents ive cut the rot off tidy so i can weld a sleeve over...and re attach the lugs back on...the tanks ok the plunger has seen better days .i believe they are leather ..but the reason im writing is that the nut holding the shroud end cap to the jet seem to have some type of oldy worldy thread lock oozed out of the nut and lookin for some advise to crack it with out twisting and snapping it off .when the wifes uo i am trying heat from a propane torch very gingerly...and have a feeling this wont do anything exept waste gas ..if i snap it its scrapped any tips
