After I got this little guy, I went from super stressed, to thinking calmly, and he keeps getting me stay there....He's literally from God, I believe it
I have a 6 month sheepadoodle, she is the biggest lover & is a magnet to my 3yr burnadoodle. No matter where older sister is she has to lay or sit on her & cuddle-its freaking adorable! Plus she loves to lick-kiss everyone & thing! ❤
Sadly, this is not all you need to know about these dogs. We live next-door to one that for two years has been aggressing on me and my small dog right on our property, and the owners won’t do anything about it. We have tried everything. We are not alone, the dog has attacked other people walking their leash dogs on the road road, and other neighbors on their property. if these dogs are not trained well, and controlled well, they can make life miserable for other people.
Our sheepadoodle is the best dog we ever had because she is eager to please, super affectionate, playful, smart, a quick learner, non destructive, sleeps through the night without bothering us, rings a bell to go potty outside and does not shed hair at all. What more can one ask from a dog? I just wish I had a second one.
Thats awesome!! We just got a Sheepadoodle puppy ... he is 4 months old now. Any suggestions on how to get him trained like you have done ? Greatly appreciate any suggestions.
❤😊 We adopted a beautiful doodle at our humane society and she was 8 months old and 40lbs. Black and white like in this video now she is 10 months old and almost I would say 50 lbs. 😮 She is exactly what you described in your video. I would say, she rescued me more than we rescued her 😢. She was born a day after our lab mix Shepard passed away but we were not ready for another dog immediately. We had a 5/6 yr old mixed breed at home and a 14/15 yr old shepador at home still. Didn't know how things would go with a new puppy. Well, 8 months later we got Annie and she has bonded with our 15 yr old female and gets along with the other female however, the 5/6 yr old tells her who is the boss and sometimes they don't get along and she doesn't like that because Annie is a light-hearted and easy going dog. She loves my husband and I and we LOVE her!!!!
We have a 11 mo old sheepadoodle named benji, wow talk about smart. He's doing great herding. Chickens into the coop every night he's learning we dont hurt them . If one hen won't go in he will pin her down but won't hurt her he just waits till his daddy. Comes and picks the hen up. We talk to him like he's one of us and he understands everything we say. He's so loving and playful.
i adopted one bout 6 months ago after I found him roaming around the neighborhood. adorable, playful, kind, and very smart. been jogging with me every day, off-leash.
I’m getting sheepadoolefor my ninth birthday and I’m so excited and it’s only in four more days so I’m taking in a lot of research and I’m so excited and I think I’m a good fit for a sheep doodle. I’m calm but I do squeal sometimes but around my dog I will make sure I don’t.
I don't find them to be super intelligent and the stamina is iffy.The barking can be off the charts and they do not like being alone for long.The obedience takes lots of consistently and they can be super stubborn.
I have one and she is the best dog I have ever had. Super gentle and obedient. Loves to play with other dogs but avoids aggressive players. She easily goes up to people for pets. Does require a lot of grooming and walks though.
mine visits all dogs kept inside the house in my neighborhood in the morning, afternoon, and evening...every day. even people who don't know me know him now..lol
and sheepadoodles (in my unprofessional opinion) are the best emotional support animals too! my sheepadoodle is a certified ESA and gosh, i really couldn’t think of a better breed for emotional support 😭❤️.
One time a tornado warning was in my area and my Sheepadoodle was not having it so he escaped the bracades in the basement that we had to keep him in and then I had to go up and bribe him with a treat. Also the tornado warning was going away and no tornado touched down and my dog was fine.
Why would anyone want to cross the most perfect dog in the world witch already has all the attributes you talk about the bobtail collies as they are properly called
Our Newfoundland died in Feb at 10 years old. He was such a good dog. Never got mad at anyone, loved kids and puppies. We finally are ready to get a new pup and we've settled on a Sheepadoodle. Got a deposit down. Hoping he'll be a big boy.
@@TyLawClips Well, he's 26 weeks old today and weighs 52lbs, which means he should be about 92lbs full grown. Great dog. Loves to play, friendly to everyone, great watchdog already. Good investment all around.
I gotta say after having a sheepadoodle for awhile now cooper has been a handful but he's filled a hole in my heart after one of my old dogs passed wasn't sure If I was ready for another dog but it's been worth it and I've never looked back since
Thank you so much! We have a wonderful mini labradoodle who is so energetic! Does anyone know if these dogs like to swim? My family and I go camping a lot which is one of the reasons we got our mini labradoodle because he likes to swim and cliff jump into water. We r also thinking we might get a sheepadoodle to accompany our mini labradoodle
I can't speak for all but my sheep doodle HATES water!!!. Bath time is the only time she's ever been even slightly aggressive! But I've heard other people say differently, so it might be more about the individual dog than the breed.
my sheepadoodle used to have that issue, if you have time you can start hand feeding him/her before you give the food you make the dog do something like commanding them to sit or lay (any tricks you would like to teach them) they will eventually learn that you are the boss and that they need to earn their food, it should help with that aggression
Listen, here is the best idea...STOP MAKING DESIGNER DOGS!!! There are so many loving dogs like this without being crossbred etc.Disgusting because you know what happens to the ones that aren't perfect.
How many dogs have you had? I've had them all you should judge breed owners like pug owners, french/English bulldogs. This breed is more genetically different. You sound like a dumdum with this comment.
Im looking into getting a cockapoo but have just seen this vid of the sheepadoodle (so lovely!) not having a large house the large sheepadoodle might be a bit large, I have been told about a mini version, anyone have one?
I have been on a waitlist since last July for a medium mini and will finally be getting her in 7 weeks!!! 😊. They have three sizes, micro, mini and medium. I opted for the medium because I’m partial to larger dogs, but didn’t want the regular size Sheepadoodle because when she’s older I will be in my 70s and thought a smaller version will be easier. I have found several breeders in the west, they are fairly easy to find online. I’m getting mine from Sacramento Ca. I am so excited and have been obsessed with everything Sheepadoodle since I discovered them a year ago. Hope this helps. 🐑A🐩

They look very nice,but they are not a breed,only a mix.And that means you do not exactly know what you get.And pay a lot of money.That is not ok to me.But...just my opinion
@@claudyak1814 it does shed.. The hair gets trapped in the coat instead of falling on the floor. And you got the less than 10% that "doesnt trigger allergies"... Im gonna bet your kids dont actually have a dog allergy anyways. Very few people do.
@@personanon2879 i have two pomeranians that shed like crazy, while i never see my sheepadoodle's trace of hair on the floor (it only happened when i washed him using my shampoo), i mean how long can the coat trap the shedding hair? and yes, the pom's hair sparks my son's allergy and it does a little effect on my daughter...
