This recipe was efficient and tasted delicious! I multiplied it by 6x for the kiddo's, used Kamut flour and almond milk with a splash of lemon, put it into multiple pans, and it worked out perfectly. It was way easier and faster than standing there for two hours flipping the same amount of pancakes. Thank you!
Mine came out amazing but I used pancake batter, buttered the pan with unsalted butter and used smaller cut up pieces of strawberries. It was delicious 😋
Oh Man! Used a wet measuring cup to measure flour...but the absolute worst was watching someone use a chefs knife to cut pancakes in a metal pan....What The Heck..they're pancakes...could use a butter knife to cut them!
Tried the exact same recipe 3 times already and my batter still ends up looking more like cookie dough than the runny batter he ends up with. Things that make me go grrrrr!! 🤔
Did you use that exact baking flour? Bob's Red Mill all purpose baking flour doesn't have gluten in it so substituting regular AP flour will definitely give you much different result.
This might be the new way I make pancakes I love pancakes, but I don't love standing at the stove to cook them on the stovetop..but I will be using store bought pancake mix. I give up on trying to make pancakes from scratch. If you know the struggle, you know.I am a cheapo, but I know where to get cheap and tasty pancakes mix...and it is not Dollartree.Follartree has pancakes to,but someplace else (that will remain nameless here) gives me significantly more (tasty pancakes mix) for around $2.
This batter on the video doesn’t look like 1 cup of milk + 2 cups of flour. Too much false information on the internet. You can’t even trust a pancake batter 🤨
