Sheet pan sliders have been around for a long time but cooking them in your pellet smoker adds flavor that you woodlot get in a standard oven. This is easy, it does not take long, and you can feed a lot of people without breaking the budget. This was smoked in a Pit Boss Pellet smoker at 300 degrees F for approximately one hour.
I used 2 pounds of ground beef, one whole onion, sliced cheddar cheese, and slider buns.
Season it with whatever tastes good to you.

We bought a 36" camp chef years ago. I wish we saw your videos before then. We smoke beef jerky in bulk, but the edges on the bottom rack burn unless we spin it around halfway through. We use a meat slicer so the pieces are all the same thickness. I'm just wondering if your tall smoker cooks evenly if all of the racks are being used at the same time?

You would still need to spin the jerky. The back is hotter than the front because of the door.

@@WeekendWarriorBBQ then you are doing better than me.i am drying out some fresh basil in the dehydrator...done it a couple of times..I crunch it up and have a great fresh spice...basil plant was lights out this year

Mike great cook as usual. Only change I would make would be to put it in as the smoke is building for a deeper smoke flavor. Just my opinion
