Sheet pan sliders have been around for a long time but cooking them in your pellet smoker adds flavor that you woodlot get in a standard oven. This is easy, it does not take long, and you can feed a lot of people without breaking the budget. This was smoked in a Pit Boss Pellet smoker at 300 degrees F for approximately one hour.
I used 2 pounds of ground beef, one whole onion, sliced cheddar cheese, and slider buns.
Season it with whatever tastes good to you.
