#SheetLink is a free #Autodesk #Revit Add-in for exchanging data between Revit and Excel. In this video we take a look at the powerful functionality of this tool, created by #DiRoots.
Main features:
- Easily export your BIM data (Model and Annotation Categories, Elements and Schedules) from Revit to Excel Spreadsheets and import it back to update the model.
- Export and import your BIM data to/from Google Drive/Google Sheets.
- Use embedded Excel-like Editor to make quick changes to your data without opening Excel or simply to preview the data before exporting/importing to/from Excel.
- Create new Rooms and Spaces from a template Excel file

Thank you for this amazing tutorial about #SheetLink 😁 2 points we'd like to touch: 1 - there's a new amazing version of SheetLink with a lot of new features and improvements 2 - you can't move the order of the elements in Excel because there's a hidden column containing the GUID that we used to connect the elements to the model (the element ID is not stable enough) Keep up the good work 😊

Hello, Thanks for the video. It is not getting export parameters from linked revits. Is there any solution for this ?

Hi, when I manually add new value in excel/google sheet and import data, I get other value in schedule. For example when I add value 1000 in excel/google in Revit schedule it is 92.90. Same problem with dot or comma as decimal separator in excel/google. Any idea?

Can I use this feature to pass information from one version of a model to the next version? For example If I have an attribute that says if the element have been mounted and the model is updated can I export the attribute tag and "mounted" (boolean) to the updated model?
