Excellent work, Tim. We went to the Bath Hotel on Sunday on Victoria Street just off Glossop Road, (Great old pub) While we were there I noticed the flats across road are being prepared for demolition. I may be wrong but I reckon they were built after or around the millennium. I’ve no doubt they will be making room for some tower block. I despair at the state Sheffield is in.
I’d imagine they will be at least £150000 with the top floors probably in excess of £200000 with it being in the city centre. Most will probably be bought by landlords who will rent them out to students charging very high rents. Just out of curiosity how many parking spaces will they be for people who live there? Probably none.
@@dalehoward3611 I have been coming in every weekend since July 2020, but most would be totally shocked if they don't come into town on a regular basis. Its going to get worse.
Very interesting workings out Tim. Slums of the future, in my opinion. They are not bathrooms Tim; ensuite shower cubicle and bedroom/living space. Transient occupants. No one knows their neighbours. Everyone living on takeaways, 😮
I don't agree with private landlords, I believe everyone has a right to own a property. But mass immigration is also adding to this issue. 11 million since 1998, I think we can more than double that if we are being truthful.
