I’m with Sheldon. Mandy and Georgie had all summer to find a place for them and the baby to stay but they decided to take a 13 year old’s room. They should have cleaned out the garage in preparation for this day. I would be pissed off from hoping on 3 different planes and dealing with crying babied for hours on end just to not be able to come home and sleep in MY bed.
Can we just talk about how obedient Sheldon was about the bathroom schedule? No prior warnings, just came back from home, he just obeys it because there's a piece of paper with a time schedule saying who gets to use it at that period. That was the whole key to controlling him. Now just set a schedule for everything and you get the most well-behaved genius in the world.
Or you get someone much worse - a person who takes control of said schedule and uses it to (unwittingly or wittingly) wreak havoc on everyone he loves, which he basically does as an adult

In their defense, it was Missy who took charge and made the sleeping arrangements. They got so used to it being that like that they didn't plan for Sheldon's return. And as someone who doesn't care for the character at all, fuck him.
Plus parents and relatives have savings they could be able to financially help them and help them look for jobs by talking to a friend and babysitting the baby while they look for one
Mandy and Georgie are adults, they have their own child and had weeks to find somewhere else, instead they decided they mattered more than the person who actually lived there.
One - georgie is their son too so he is an equal to sheldon 2- they lost all their baby stuff In the tornado. Cece didn' even had diapers 3-Georgie is saving money for a house whilr working with meemaw but he still has a long way to go, one of the reasons connie convice him to keep the roulette in the casino was to get money for a house 4- is a baby the garage can be cold, imagine if the baby could get something like a virus or something The only I sgree was that they could have told him earlier specially considering is obvious this wasn't a five second decision

Mandy has parents with a house and far less mouths to feed, they had options, just like Connie did. They should've made other arrangements, they had WEEKS to find somewhere else while Sheldon and Mary were away, but they couldn't be bothered and instead they decided to put Sheldon out like a dog and act like it was his fault.

As big of a brat as Sheldon can be I’m kind of with him on this one. It’s not fair to make him sleep in the garage because these two actual adults don’t have their own place. The baby won’t notice it’s a garage.
You know what, I'm with Sheldon on this one. He's jet lagged and tired after three international flights and just wants sleep. Can you imagine the huge temper tantrum Missy would have thrown if it had been her getting asked to give up her room?

I’m with Sheldon, after a very long flight, you only want one simple thing - sleeping in your own bedroom. But I understand the situation and they have baby, So at least they need to clean tha garage before for Sheldon to sleep.
Being spoiled or not. I hate when people do stuff like that. Then use the excuse "It's my house and I pay the bill." When get surprised the person decides to leave and never comes back.

You can't just expect to go get someone's room while they're away for some time without saying anything, and then expect that when they come back and you give them a garage full of things they are happy... At least they should try to compensate by giving an habitable space not a garage that no one has even tried to clean

no way...no one would do that lol....not even missy...incase u forgot, it was missy who did all the responsibilty in the summer...sheldon was really being unreasonable...he could have understood the situation....slept on the couch instead, and made the garage cleaned and could have used the garage temporarily till a permanent situation settles in.

Sheldon family kind mean in this episode they all didn't like Sheldon i can understand mary after a long flight but the rest of them being that way just because he didn't want to give up his room for two adults and a baby and because he got annoyed at baby crying all night which he wasn't used to.

I agree. Mandy and Georgie got an offer from Mandy's parents to live vith them but Mandy refused it because she hates her mother. Her mother of course is a stuck up b.tch but she got better after the baby was born. I don't know what Mandy's plan is because they need a place to stay on long term and not mooching off from the Coopers. Sheldon and Missy are still kids (around 12-13 years old), they need to have their own place to stay. Maybe this is the reason Sheldon rather go back his college dorm room when no one gives a sh.t about his needs.

I hate to say it but I get how Sheldon feels. Growing up, my dad would invite his relatives to stay at our house out without so much as a warning and I would have to give up my room for them. It wasn’t fun but I dealt with it.

sheldon not being able to sleep because of the baby screaming is the realest thing ever. i used to share a bedroom with my parents and it was TORTURE once they had my sister. i'm glad we moved and i got my own room before my brother came.
Mandy's actress is so good she made me hate her character. She's got a problem with her attitude. Some may argue that it is a difficult situtation and you have to compromise, or that Sheldon should get his room back in this. No matter the outcome, Mandy has no right of showing an attitude towards the legitimate resident in their literal residence, living rent free as well. Not to mention she is like that with a 13-14 yo minor with autistic tendencies being a 29 yo grown up woman.
Doesn't know how that feels..he's always got taken to radio shack just by telling mom or memaw he wanted to go..and they'd but him what wanted..never took Missy or Georgie shopping unless for shoes..definitely no train set or computer...I'm sure they had to get permission from Shelly to use.
Even though Sheldon ALWAYS got special treatment, ALWAYS got favored, and so on, he at least deserved his own room in his own house that he returned to after so long.

if their was a whole family sleeping in my house and one had to take my room and i couldn't sleep on the couch because the baby was crying. i would just go sleep out in the woods.
I do think it's a bit disrespectful and even hypocritical to tell Sheldon that the Garage is a good place sleep in when they won't even let their grandbaby be there if it's a good enough place. And then NOT even tidy up the garage for him to sleep in. They had plenty of time before his arrival. Presumably they're supposed to love Sheldon as they're his family. But they honestly were dicks for not even preparing the room properly when they knew he was coming home. It's not like they never had time.
It would make sense for him to have cheats as a beta tester in early days a lot of play testers were given cheat codes to be make testing different mechanics easier and to try to see what else would make games tick
