I am anxious to do these projects of yours!!! Thank You!!! I have been crocheting since I was in grade school. I am 76. Every Christmas for 35+ years I have made crocheted dish cloths and hot pads for my family and friends. My daughter and I came up with a project we call hot mats: double hot pads, approximately 9 by 13.

You are so right. Where I live some stores got rid of plastic bags and charging customers for the paper bag if you choose to use it, so these crochet market tote bags would be great to make and use when shopping. Absolutely love it
