If you want a great friend, smart as can be, with the sweetest demeanor, adopt a Shelty. My beautiful and loving Shannon is gone now, but will always live in my memories. He's currently up in Heaven playing with my beloved family members. Love you Shannon.

That is so great that you can do that with your dogs. I just got a little baby Sheltie, and she's very timid of everything. She was sick when i had brought her home, so we spent alot of our time just trying to keep her healthy. But she's just gotten her clean bill of health, and we're ready to try new things with her. And i hope one day she'll be able to do this. Beautiful dogs!
Thanks for posting this video even though it makes me happy and sad at the same time. I've had 8 shelties since 1970 and miss them very much...I'd get another one but the wife says no (too much grooming)
I wish i had that many shelties!! I have 1 and my mom has 2, whenever i visit Chester comes and I have so much fun watching the 3 of them do their sheltie thing
Would've loved to hear the barking itself at one point. My family used to own two and my grandparents had two... after knowing how loud 4 can be, I can't imagine how loud that many are together.
my first was a born fetcher including badminton birdies, ended many games due absconded birdies, she loved chasing superballs on pavement and could read the ball as it bounced differently. one of my others would bring it back 3 or 4 times and then about 20' away making you work, two were no chasers
dogs are my fav animal! my fav breed are border collies. i have a puppy that is a brown lab/border coliie mix! his name is Dante and he is about 4 months old
