I’ll be doing an upcoming video on tuning cinelifters using PIDtoolbox. For now I just wanted to share some recent footage. I always test vibration issues without an ND filter (to minimize motion blur) and without stabilization, and at 60fps which shows every little bobble. In other words, it’s only gonna be smoother with and ND at the 180deg shutter/exposure rule. After a series of prop tests and different FC mounting options I think I’ve solved the main issues.

Awesome man the drone looks like it's tracking on rails! Can't even see the tiny bobbles which is common for these large crafts. Do you have a dummy weight or what payload is this? Which camera mount system are you using for this example? Thanks!

Nice. I guess the main problem was the noise. What was the physical solution for the fc mounting? (besides balancing the propellers)

Everything is perfect when the drone is without a camera, as soon as I hang the camera on top, there is a resonance 42-47 hertz. with different pids, the resonance frequency is slightly different.😓

yes, depending on the frame, there's mount issues, battery placement issues, and a host of other resonant things on many lifters

@@danikguitar make sure all moving parts are rock solid. The details are complicated. Many people working on many aspects of these issues. Too much to describe here

did you fix your problem? We have kinda the same issue. all kind of wobbles and also vibrations between ~30-60 Hz. Would be really nice to have a video tuned with toolbox
