Nice one Mark, I only remastered the official video for the song a couple of weeks ago. I probably actually watched this in 1976 as I used to watch the Basil Brush show, I was 9 at the time. Actually remembering it is pushing it, though I can still vividly remember watching Sherbet sing Life on Countdown as my mum bought the album the next day. Thanks for posting it up, I haven't seen it anywhere else.
Cheers, pleased you enjoyed it, I think people forget there used to be shows the entire family would watch, in the UK Basil used to consistently get audiences of over 10 million, so excellent exposure for any Band
@@markalan2340 Absolutely, it was a no brainer to go on these shows for any band. While people instantly think Countdown in Australia or Top Of The Pops in the UK, there were a whole range of children's shows and adult shows as well, like the Paul Hogan and Don Lane shows to promote your latest single. How times change unfortunately.
