SOLUTION: Ellipses problem: Draw Circle outward past dot to the right three streets on the map. Widescreen doesnt work well with this game for some reason...i blame their lame budget to fix small errors that cost people bigtime...
This solution didn't work for me, but I found that after going to the video settings and dropping the resolution down to 1024 x 768 it worked when I applied the above technique. Try playing around with the video settings if you still can't get the above fix to work, it really is a widescreen issue.
Even with the video, I STILL cannot get the ellipse to work. I draw a perfect one that reaches the exact edge of each side of the line from dutfield to mitre square, and yet it still will not accept and progress! SO frustrating! Any other hints?
Where the end of the yellow circle is at The bottom left circle where you place the symbols for the deaths: move the right end of the yellow circle to the right. The symbol at the bottom right is on a street. Move that end of the yellow circle you are making three streets over. Start in the same place that the video starts for the circle...he erases his first try...so make sure to watch where he starts it. If you are off then move it over a little more to the left or right...it should work then.

An oval and a circle, then the red eye appears, The Allgate district.. Is the hand reaching from within, making it the left hand, or is it the hand from without, making it the right hand, from the side without the heart. -- Is the villain a planet or a space ship?
I cannot get past this fucking puzzle. The programmers of this game SERIOUSLY could not put some kind of margin or something that if people got close they'd get it? So pissed off right now.
