Hi. I am Jacob Levy’s great great granddaughter. There’s no evidence that my ancestor did what’s depicted here, and historians consider it highly unlikely. If anyone would like to learn more, you can listen to episode 15 of the podcast “Bad Women: The Ripper Retold”.
And if you search hes name you find the same facts as in this game, he had been given syphilis and blamed the prostitutes for it and killed them in rage. The so called experts dont realize that this man was Jack the ripper the whole time. my view is that he is indeed the Whitechapel killer!
If I was Holmes, I wouldn't rule out the possibility of 'black magic" being the motive for the murder. The occult is known for such savagery and one of the primary suspects of the crime happened to be a Satanist or an occult member at least.
i love this game because is one of the best sherlock holmes videogames. you have to do a lot of deductions and then you will find the true about this incredible mistery of Jack The Ripper
If this is the truth that reveals who Jack The Ripper really is, then this is some fucked up shit! Is this game's ending based fact or fiction? I know Holmes isn't real, but was his theory at least? So many unanswered questions!
(Late ass reply, but I'll bite) It's a strong theory. Levy had the means, motive, and opportunity. The only other suspect I'd possibly put ahead in likelihood is David Cohen/Nathan Kaminsky.
This game probably comes the closest to revealing who Jack the Ripper was. We may never know exactly who he is, but this game does give a reasonable motive and very good reasoning on what kind of profession the Ripper may have had
I dunno how the police never found Jack the Ripper, my sister watches a few shows based on it and sometimes I peep through and look at the TV, and am shocked of what to see I know the police are supposed to be clever, but they should've proved that by capturing the killer
I asked what would have happened and personally I think he wouldn't have last long because of the way he likes to kill, if you leave blood everywhere these days then you are closer to get caught and thats the way he liked to do things. Oh and by the way there are no retarded questions, just people who think they get smarter by being rude to others.
what a retarded question he would obviously have adapted to whatever he had for his disposal at the current time tard do you think he would rent a horse wagon and give grapes to hookers on som,e random street ?
Where the end of the yellow circle is at The bottom left circle where you place the symbols for the deaths: move the right end of the yellow circle to the right. The symbol at the bottom right is on a street. Move that end of the yellow circle you are making three streets over. Start in the same place that the video starts for the circle...he erases his first try...so make sure to watch where he starts it. If you are off then move it over a little more to the left or right...it should work then.
Even with the video, I STILL cannot get the ellipse to work. I draw a perfect one that reaches the exact edge of each side of the line from dutfield to mitre square, and yet it still will not accept and progress! SO frustrating! Any other hints?
I know you posted this a long time ago, but do you think you could re-word that for me? I have been trying and trying to solve the puzzle, and I read your solution "Draw Circle outward past dot to the right three streets on the map" and I don't understand what you mean. How do I do it??
