I was a Sunni & now im a Shia. Abu Bakr , Umar, Usman went against the Prophet & claimed Caliphate for themselves over the designated successor by the Prophet, Ali Ibn Abi Talib. They also attacked the house of Bibi Fatima, Hussain, Hassan, Ali. The Prophet said in sunni hadith, who ever has even a little grudge theyll go to hell Imagine what happens to those who attacked the Prophets family?
I think the push back is solely due to bashing of characters from one camp. I am a Sunni, but have tremendous respect for Shia who uphold honor of Ahlul Bayt, and certainly will not put politician Muawiya in the same line as Ali, no way! However Omar or Abu Bakr don’t deserve the beating they get.

That was the entire point of the movie, was to show that there are people that have a different opinion based on facts that were researched. Why can’t we say our opinion because it hurts someone’s feelings? If those opinions were shared by physical force or violence then it would be concerning but if my opinions hurt your feelings or insult you that’s your problem not mine. If you are really that fragile and you get hurt by a movie you have to get some therapy my friend. It shows the argument guns don’t kill people mentally and emotionally challenged people kill people.

Yes brother, I am from the United States. I am an African-American who wants was a Sunni Muslim, until I studied and came to the realization that every part of their religion (especially the wahhabis/salafiyya, curse of Allah be upon them)is innovated, and worse, appears to have been done so in the first place only to challenge the strong attachment that the common Muslim had towards the holy prophets family, peace be upon him and upon his family. Everything from their belief in a corporal God, to their doctrine of chaos, i e that the religion of Islam is not supposed to make sense to us and that we are supposed to always go with the majority rule comment or their opinions. All of this was contrary to what Allah taught us, and so it is contrary to what the ahlul-bayt teach, since Allah's messenger, peace be upon him and his family, said that his family and the Quran were two weighty things that will not separate from each other until the day of judgment. In other words, if you are getting your Islam from anyone other than the Shia, it is my firm belief that you are upon misguidance for sure.
Allah will guide those who wants to be guided to the light of truth...you are pure brother and you have pure intentions inside of you and Allah guided you back to the right path the path of the prophet peace be upon him and ahlul bayt peace be upon them.

We revere them, for example Hz Abu Dharr al Ghaffari, Salman Al Farsi, Miqdad, Qambar, Bilal al Habashi, Hudhaifah al Yamani, Muhammed ibn Abu Bakr, Malik Al Ashtar - to name a few. Abu bakr, umar and uthman were the reason that karbala happened. They killed Sayyed Zahra (as). They are the biggest munafiqun in Islamic history.
I don't think it's accurate to say this is what Shia believe. It is what history says. No Sunni denies Ghadeer or the gathering for Caliphe by Omar and Abu Bakr. Shia narrative is not a belief but the reality of what happened.
Firstly I wanted to thank the producer of the film Lady Heaven and all the cast and all participants. Finally none Muslims finding out about the true face of Islam, and in hope of them to stop associate me with those so called suni Muslims. I also wanted to say that I believe in transparency and it is about time for Shias to come out from behind the shadows into the light. If it is not today then when is the right time? Don’t give up. Islam is not only for Sunni Islam . Growing up as a kid in a Sunni house we were taught Shia are kafir. I challenge my family but don’t like the Shia narrative. The Sunni Hadiths have taken so many Sunnis out of Islam.

@@syedbaqir2687 Hazrat Fatima a.s used to curse both Umer and Abubakar after every prayer and this tradition is.well and reported by many and bokhari mention that Hazrat Fatima never spoke to them both till she died and willed these two should not be allowed on burial.It is important to know the truth and transmit it , the logic of not cursing is purely maybe due to situation that Shias will be killed.

Abubakr, umer and uthman were political figures and anyone has the right to accept them or not. They were not selected by Allah and this both Shia Sunni believe. The problem is that historically Sunnis have been slaughtering minorities and silencing them and they are used to this kind of behavior. You have to align your faith with Sunni faith in order to live. In countries like Pakistan or saudi arabia, shia remain silent as they know what will happen if they openly show their beliefs.

If you obey what is in it, you will be saved from the fire and enter paradise, for in it is our proof and the explanation of our matter and our right and duty of obedience to us. I am the Shia who Mohammed Hijab & Ali Dawah initially responded to. I have made a response to their video also (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-sVSCKdcW_3w.html). Overall this video was well done. There were plenty of good points being made, particularly around the aspect of being confident in our beliefs as Shia, and not being afraid of being vocal about them. However I also believe that we should not attribute the response of these two Salafi/Wahabi individuals who seek to profit of these types of video, as being the general viewpoints of Sunnis world wide. Irregardless, the truth must be spoken, and compromise on our narrative is not acceptable nor should it be an option even if it may hurt the feelings of others, but so long as it is done in an academic manner.

The problem with Ali Dawah’s argument is that Muslims simply cannot make a film attacking the 12 Imams of AhlulBayt (AS) because 1.) they were infallible and did not commit any sins which you can attack them for and 2.) all Muslims, irrespective of whether you are a Sunni or Shia or belong to any other sect of Islam, must honor and respect all 12 Imams (or at least the first 11 Imams since Sunnis don’t believe the Mahdi was born yet) because they are part of the AhlulBayt (AS), being the direct (infallible) descendants of Prophet Muhammad (SAWW).

I think takfir in the modern era is counter productive to overall muslim unity. I do think its time we re evaluate our key hadith texts from both sides of fence with an ulema that is blended with sunni and shi'i scholars with good adab amd aklaq towards each other. They should establish updated standards and measures and collectively establish a UNITED MATHAB for the muslims to come together as one solid wall like Qur'an described the believers.

I don’t understand why Sunnis are so in love with a bunch of Sheikhs/Sahabas and they neglect and ignore the family of Holy Prophet SAW and Imams of the Ahlulbayet AS and their honest Sahabas?? Islamic history until this day is full of events that should be more disturbing than cursing Abu Bakr and Umar. We need to know why. Maybe there is a reason that the Rafida say what they say. My mother loved the Shia people my father worked for the Shia families he was an expert carpenter, builder , worked for the ministry of defence , bought his shopping from Shia shops and he told me to do my prayers he passed away at the age 94 yrs old I love Koran and Ahlulbayt, I only belive in the love of Allah and the prophets were sent to all mankind for guidence we are not on Allah's earth to misguide anyone but to praise almighty sovereign LORD God. First, I'm a Shia from Iran, I have never seen a person in Iran cursing Abubaker or Omar. We respect them as companions of the Prophet (pbuh). Second, Shia or Sunni are not religions. They are denominations of Islam. Please do not spread hate among brothers. If you want to criticise anybody, do it with respect. The past is past, and we have the Quran al-hamdolillah and our reasoning to live our lives. We should cover each other's faults, not expose each other.
Perhaps you should investigate the “British Shiism” accusations made by the Iranian regime against some clerics, sister. The brothers here have been working hard to show people what the true Shia belief is.

Generally I respect sunni muslims but to be honest they behave much more radical that shia muslims and they are less tolerant against shia. Even less that they tolerate christians. Shia do not attack them (I don't mean individual shia) but they are attacking shia at the level of people of knowledge. They slander shia, like shia believe that Quran was corrupted, shia believe that MoB Aisha commited adultery. These are the most popular among sunni slanders against shia.

I used to have a lot of muslim friends during middle school and university. Once they found out I come from Shia family, they started treating me differently and I felt people started talking behind my back. Also people started saying this shia people do and putting certain actions under peoples name that they don't commit. I felt bullied and decided to become a loner.

I agree with all your comments the saqeefa religion is not profit mohamned religion it is qorish religion which says that we follow sahaba regardless if they follow the profit or not and especially abu baker and omar

Why cause sectarian divide? Both Shia and Sunni should leave aside the differences and concentrate on commonalities before the enemies of Islam destroy us as they are. I am a Shia and I completely disagree with your divisive rhetoric causing division in the ummah. Our great margaiah have ruled against this divisive stance. Sheikh Habib and you will be hold to account by dividing the ummah. Remember Imam Ali (as) took his stance to prevent disunity!
