Omg this story with the woman and the weird dude on a ferry sounds so much like a part of my life where I also met a stranger getting of a ferry. My energy told me to stay away but I went ahead forward cuz he looked like a latino Jason momoa And he ended being my next abusive relationship... Luckly my last one. When my grand daughter was about 2 years old we were shopping in a large department store. She was playing around while I watched her carefully, when suddenly she ran up to me and put her arms up to be held. She looked intently at a middle aged man walking by us and kept repeating, “Man. Man. Man.” She watched him until he was out of sight. She was dramatically picking up threatening vibes for no apparent reason. I’ve never forgotten that, and it comes to mind as you discuss this important topic.

Thank you so much Sonia. I am trying to utilize my intuition more, but sometimes have a difficult time discerning between my intuition and my tendencies towards anxious thoughts. For instance, my fur baby was scheduled for surgery this morning and I felt such worry and fear and could not determine if that was my intuition or my anxiety talking (and trying to make this determination then spiraled into more anxiety 🤦🏻‍♀️). I appreciate your suggestions and will continue to work on getting in my heart vs head more. ❤️

Perfect message for a completely absolutely for no IMMEDIATE reason - a VERY 'wonky' day as you can do many things with your mind but FIRST? you have to be in control of it and master THAT as an art! Dear Sonia, these are all precious tools you shared, I’ve been learning them in my integrative therapy training, practicing interoception is the connection with your body sensations, the more you practice it, the more you connect with intuition and connect with spirit and return to your center with greater ease. At the same time this is the pathway for optimal polivagal function and regulation of the nervous system, indeed we are primarily wired to seek out signals of some impending danger in our environment and it’s a challenge to override such a limbic response when we perceive a threat and start running the patterns. I too was caught up in that downworld spiral of duality and chaos that was on our faces this weekend. Then I remembered this morning, What you focus on expands! And that what is from other people, places and things Isn’t mine as you said, they don’t have the power to cause me to feel a certain way, only the interpretation I have collected from childhood and fear, and the attention I put on them does. Hi Sonia! Thank you for all your interesting videos, they strengthen my inner self so much. For several years ago, I started to tested myself, just to understand what it meant to me with these thoughts that popped up. And every time that suddenly a thought out of nowhere about choices that I should make or act on. But when I started thinking instead and pondering, it never really turned out well. Therefore, I have started to try to act on what comes first in my thoughts, and I believe that it is my guide / guardian angel who is trying to guide me on the right path.
