Shifting Childhood Trajectories | Care Corner Circle of Care 

Care Corner Circle of Care (CoC)'s vision is to address the issues of social mobility and equality through the transformative power of early childhood intervention. We believe that by establishing a strong ecosystem of support for low-income families, it can positively shift their trajectories for later success in life.
In this video, we delve into the impact of CoC, Singapore's first holistic preschool care model, showcasing evaluation findings from our decade-long demonstration project and its positive impact on one of our families.
Circle of Care was convened by Care Corner Singapore in 2013, with support from Lien Foundation and Quantedge Foundation. As a pioneer in early childhood development and social work in Singapore, CoC is committed to ongoing professional development and the sharing of knowledge and expertise, so that we can serve our children better as a sector and community.
