This one was weird with -100% to all damage received. Even by exceeding the 100%+ with all % passives combined, I still did 0 damage =/. if this one is mortal locked, that's lame. Shin Megami Tensei Dx2 - Boss Hecate
Thanks for uploading this, without the curse strat I wouldn't have known how to beat it in a non painful way. I would have had to keep trying for good rng and trying to revive seal legions and tzitzimitl one by one with Mephisto and that takes like twice as long as using curse.
8:04 lmao at using a life stone when you have almost 10k beads. I just shat bricks when I realized how you beat her, it's basically curse making her deal considerably more damage to herself with her recarmdra than she can heal back so she will suicide eventually.
This fight (unfortunately or not) is not mortal locked, you can actually use demons like Mithras, Botis or Vivian (who directly make the enemies take more damage, rather than have allies do more damage) to be able to kill the Legions because of how that stuff works. But the devs definitely want you to use mortal - cause that's what Malicetron does lol
Wdym with mortal locked? What you actually mean is demons that don't just increase damage but increase the damage enemies take, directly countering the 100% damage reduction and letting you deal damage even with both legions alive. Still, even using the full elec team of zeus, Botis, Odin and Loup the damage you need is massive and without literally a dozen press hacks from chalk eater you cannot win before t2 but in order to do enough dmg you cannot afford stacking any hp (unless you're a massive whale of course) and thus any high damage strat fails because the required damage is way too high and your demons die instantly during t2. I tried and it was not pretty lol. What you can do is to revive seal the legions and tzitzimitl, e.g. by using botis to deal damage and having zeus revive ban the them or by using any other revive sealer, e.g. Mephisto who will make the legions and hecate weak to dark (not tzitzimitl cause he only targets the highest and lowest hp enemies and just in the middle) but this strat is really slow because you need to stack hp and damage reduction / healing party members to survive.

I know you can do it by increasing the damage enemies take - that's why I mentioned Mithras, Botis and Vivian They're just options, I'm not saying you WILL be able to do it with them (btw Odin A cheese is also possible it'll just take crazy long)
I first tried using Gozu cause I misremembered and thought tzitzimitl had mortal, even though she just does fractional damage so I thought he could protect the party. He can't and yea, he will inevitably miss her every turn and thus makes the fight much harder than using beelzebub or Alice A.
