The Viewer are not machines, to follow the method. Give the preview after each method ,so we can understand the concept of each tools and options. Done the great work. If you are showing a tutorial then make mean of it.

Check the FPS when you created a Composition in this Video FPS is 29.976.. sometimes the compostion you created will be 23.976 if it was 23.976 then it wont work at 3sec15frames try adjusting the key frame of the shadow to lesser time like 2sec2frames. Hope it will work for you...❤

make sure you are editing speed graph not the value graph.

If you are on the S curve screen go to the icon to the right and switch: edit value to edit speed. I think this solves the problem
