I just wanna erase my memories about attack on titan and re-watch the whole thing again. The suspense, the plot, the characters, literally everything about this anime is amazing
Nowadays, everytime I sit to watch a new ep of final season, I jzt come up wid excuses to watch it later cuz it hurts dat d anime is coming to an end🥲🥲
You can’t erase your memory but the best way to watch it again fresh is to bring someone In who hasn’t watched it and watch it with them. It’s like re watching it brand new all over again because you are living through their reactions it’s pretty great.
When I first saw this I thought the Colossal titan was just a visual part of his internal monologue, then they started showing "Oh Shit" reaction faces.
@@ramaarmandoyusran9216 no, what half of s3? The 1st half or the 2nd half? The reason Im asking the season/episode is that the answer contains spoilers.
vgman94 Ah, you know the star sign thing? About the "8" key on your keyboard? Do one star where you want to start doing the bold, and then put another star at the point where you wanna end it. :3 *Like this*
Fun fact: Eren's voice actor, Yuki Kaji, wanted to redo the line "This is our chance! Don't let it slip away" because of how much his voice cracked/strained. The team disagreed and let the cracked version stay in because it reflected Eren's emotions far better for this moment. Yuki Kaji must be drinking so much water and honey to ease the strain. Such a great voice.
2:58 literally one of the most badass scenes in the entire show. With all of those old memories and emotions to just flip the switch into hatred and meet ur enemy head on. fucking awesome
no dude the walls which are only pkace where humans exist and its a very small place and its walls been breached by a colossal titan and all the titan enters the wall and about to kill everyone! what would be their feelings? compare to now eren is destroying the world and they know who the real enemy is!
When big, bald and fugly appeared behind Eren, my first thought was that it was all part of Eren's internal monologue and that Baldy was the poster child of the Titans as a whole. But when the rest of the unit was just frozen to the spot staring at the same spot, it hit me that he actually appeared. Moments like that really catch you off guard and it's things like that which make AoT such a good anime/manga. As Levi put it: "You just don't know how things will work out". Sums up AoT perfectly :D.
Everyone is making jokes like "I heard you have meat! can I have some too?" and "We can win! *colossal titan appears* crap!" Am I really the only one who's stopping to apriciate how Sasha unhooked her cord and ran vertically down a 50 meter wall and saved on of her comrades by shooting a line in his leg? Seriously, Sasha can be a real BADASS!!!
@@vogel2499 lol uncertain when eren already makes his decision in the manga whisnis certain for him even if it means going terrorist against the survey corps while reiner is begging eren to kill him already
Erens skills with the ODM gear were and still is criminally underrated. He ranked 5th in his class and that was because the dudes in front of him already has military training and Mikasa is just a superhuman. He took on the Colossal and was about to kill it but yknow steam, and he coulda kicked ass in the Battle for Trost but he and his squad got catastrophically unlucky (and I admit cause he was hot-headed) but he was about to kill the abnormal that ate Thomas.
Finally someone gets it. It actually quite annoys me that isayama never uses eren's skills with odm ever again. Then why give him the 5th rank(1st actually as you explained) to begin with? He could say eren barley got the 10th spot or smt and doesn't have any skill with odm and be done with it.
@@Aswar211 whoa whoa the first is Jean as shadis mentioned. do you see his 3DM move it was efficient to get him avoid and getting into positin to slash Titan nape and not waste much movement for cool effect like Eren did
Eren is a natural leader, he didnt use this trait because erwin was alive for the most anime and hes the best leader, but eren still great in this aspect, hes the most determinated
@@geoffreyprior8931 soft spoiler alert...Sasha isn't killed off quickly in this anime which kills off both weaklings and strong and capable soldiers left and right. Sasha is capable, and has always been that way. This was perhaps the first clear indication of how skilled she is with ODM gear and how quickly she can and will react. Don't conflate each characters' personality and character traits with how good of a soldier they are. It's two separate things.
“Once we retake the land, we can keep the pigs and cows again”. This line hits different after watching S4E8 “Assassin’s bullet”. Rip sasha, mina, thomas, marco and others ;(
I watched this again after episode 85. AOT really does a good job in building it's characters. Who would have thought that Samuel here, a mere side character would play a big role in an episode years into the future? Same goes for Daz, and numerous other side characters. You can feel that they're just as alive as the main casts, that they have their own story too. I think this is also why each death of a side character in AOT hits harder than other animes where side characters are written for the sole purpose of being disposed.
Because you expect it. In a world where, if Isayama chose, could have been killed off fighting the Female Titan. Everything was chance in this world... until you realized, some had all the power.
Ryan Lam There was that episode where they had to throw away some corpses to escape after the expedition outside the walls, and I swear half of that episode was filler, but alas it was worthwhile filler that had substance and meaning
@Loki Animations Exactly! He has a family that lives on Paradis just like Floch and the rest of the Jaegerist. Armin and his little rebel group are going to get everyone on that Island killed if Eren is stopped.
@@tricko8355 Sure. I think Armin and Hange are fools though. The only person I care about on Armin's side is Jean and he's probably going to die following those idiots.
@@khshsjdh Considering that it went out 2 years ago on the manga, I thought it would be common knowledge by now, as everyone should've followed up with the story so far, now that it's animated. Wouldn't you say the same to everyone else who's posting latest happenings in these comment sections?
1:48 I think The colossal titan can choose whenever he wants to use the huge explosion. Sometimes it's just a lightning, and sometimes an explosion before arriving :)
2:46 Makes me emotional how Eren Countless times almost gets to the brink of giving in to his fear like a normal person but soon gets reminded of how his mom was ruthlessly devoured and it gives him the extra push and makes him do mad crazy things like no other person around him.
1:00 Eren : *laughs* Eren : *Remember that time, Sasha. We want to take over the lands to regain livestock. You'll be always a great friend to me. The future is really inevitable you see. I'm sorry, Sasha. I've failed you again..
Well he was a forgotten character. He he didn't then no one would remember that he was alive too. No one cares about Samuel or Daz until they came back in season 4 manga.
@@gladiator9273 i really hate them. They say its not okay that eren kills the whole world but they kill her own people in there own Country. Fucking Nonsense
@@moritzcoolwinner4304 short minded people like you are the kind of people the author tries to talk about with this manga haha. Just too sad that you aren't able to see that the author himself actually hates people like you.
This scene is amazing. The way it's built up like a casual interaction among friends, soundtrack and all, plus Eren's motivational monologue that almost feels like the episode is about to end, only to follow-up with a hell of a showstopper. Next level subversion of expectations.
Erens reaction is One of the most badass Things Ive ever seen honestly. Imagine being in this situation. He managed to get a hold of himself in Front of this Monster, instantly Spikes his comrades moral by telling them how to fight back and follows up by charging it without fear. Might be my favorite Moment from all aot
Why's he talking to it at the end, like, does he expect a response? Eren: "Hello there. It's been 5 years." Colossal: "Oh, hey there Eren." Eren: "... ... ..." Colossal: "...Oh right. Titans don't talk. Woops." Eren: "HOW DO YOU KNOW MY NAME?!" Colossal: "Ending theme, ENDING THEME!" Queue ending theme. ok im sorry ;_;
Mega Charizard X it's a shonen trope! talk all cool to the opponent that gives 0 fucks about your existence :D when eren shouted for everyone to fight I doubt half of then even heard that considering he was moving at the high speed.
When the colossal titan showed after that brief belief in hope was the funniest thing ever to me. This show is just full of hope being torn away in an instant and I love it.
2013: nah 2014: nah 2015: not yet 2016: still nothing 2017: hmm still nothing 2018: okay almost close 2019: *HEY LET'S PUT THIS IN EVERYONE'S RECOMMENDATIONS!! **-i see you like attack on titan too-* don't trust anything that's edited
The Avatar dude, not everyone is caught up to the series like you are. It sure was a spoiler to me :( Just because X amount of time has gone by since release doesn’t mean it isn’t a spoiler
I don't know why but this is STILL my favorite scene. The wtf factor, leaving the audience in doubt questioning if the colossal really is there or not. Eren reacting so bad ass. That air flip and stare down at the end. Sasha saving samuel like that.
By far one of the best scenes in my opinion. I love how the anger and rage turning ehren's fear into strength. The music, the voice acting, the animations. It is insane!!! GOOSEBUMPS ALL THE WAY DOWN TO MY BALLS!!!
