I agree with how you do it. I’m very specific when describing my media. I’ll mention any scratches, dents, etc in every listing. If a used disc is clean, I’ll either say it’s virtually clean or has a scratch at the most. If a disc has scratches, I say disc has light scratches, nothing that affects play. I also take a picture of the bottom of the disc with the flash on. It picks up most of the scratches that way. Never had any issues.

I always worry that I would ship something to the wrong person! I use QR codes tho. but the fear of mixing up the packages!

I sell two different horror magazines. Mostly because they don't reprint them and by the time I collect enough for a good bundle they make a decent sale. One is Fangoria and the other is Horror Hound. I ship everyday well at least if I have orders which I usually do and I go one at a time. Mostly because I have limited space and I'm afraid I will do the same thing. I have sold one sorta stationary it was Munsters computer paper from the early 90's it went from a buck to like 20. If you find the Arrow Video version of True Romance it goes for good money. Media mail for me is just depending on where. I'm on the east coast and it has been flying to everywhere on the east. If it's past texas though it takes forever so I bump it up to GA. I sell tons of movies and cd's and I do the same. I don't want to get something and it is not as advertised. I test a lot of stuff if it's rare but looks ify because of scuffs and scratches and I want to know. If something is new and sealed and has no defects I just let the stock photo go. Not as much as I have in the past but I do still some. However I did get one negative feedback that way. I sold this guy a southpark season on dvd I sent him the right season but it was a different box. Like so many of them they gave feedback before they contacted me. All over $5 I refunded him though and he removed the feedback and gave me positive.

The mix ups are always a pain. Going one by one is a slow process but it will ensure there's no mix ups. I had a mix up because i pre-packaged my items before printing the labels, but i know now to write what the item is on the box. Maybe you can go back to bulk shipping and write the first and last name & city and state too.

Better to label one item at a time. i usually see your videos and from some other sellers where they label on bulk and my brain knows i wouldnt be able to do it right that way 😂 Better to pay closer attention, not much worrying about the proffit but for the buyer's trust and experience :)

I just had a cd delivered as if it was sat on so now I'm implementing your cardboard wrap thing for future shipments because I couldn't believe it.

I bought a monster high doll from a Amazon reseller nib it was clearly opened and the doll was missing a good chunk of eye paint it was a $300 doll so I opened a return still sad about it I really wanted that doll😔only time I think a seller tried to scam me I normally have good experiences with sellers

It is so easy to fix broken zippers!

For Ground shipping insurance you have to have a receipt from the post office to file a claim. I don't know if you receive one when they pick your packages up. I found this out the hard way. 🙄
