Bodycam footage shows the moments surrounding a heated confrontation between a New York Supreme Court justice and his neighbors. Judge Mark Grisanti’s expletive-filled fight with his neighbors kicked off after one of them parked their car in front of his house. When police arrived, they arrested his wife and he attempted to intervene by shoving the arresting officer. Law&Crime’s Sierra Gillespie breaks down what happened next.

The cars were legally parked. There is no law that you MUST park in your driveway or on YOUR side of the street. The law says you must be legally parked and not blocking a driveway which the cop verified they were not blocking the driveway. It doesn't matter if they were trying to annoy someone or not. That doesn't give anyone the right to break the law and assault police officers and get away with it

No, the cars were way to close to the edge of the driveway making it hard to see when backing out and having to exit at a different angle....it was spite work on the neighbors part to agitate the Judge.
