Kudos to the Police Officer who tried to uphold the law appropriately. There are many who would have let her go because of her job. He stood his ground and remained ethical. I applaud him. Don't see many like that around anymore.

She refused his commands, not letting him enforce the law, which would’ve answered to which degree she was intoxicated. If this was the average citizen, their car would’ve been approached with gun drawn and they would been told to keep their hands on the steering wheel. The phone call with the chief made the officer question himself. She should’ve been forced to comply. I wish I could see them watching this video for the first time back at the station.

He tells his supervisor as they step away from the garage “It’s still rolling” so no incriminating words are spoken on body cam.

It makes me really angry as a common citizen that people in her position actually think they are above the law

I live in Rochester and she’s our DA and I’m ashamed that she’s the DA of Monroe County. The entitlement is off the charts. This will be the end of her career as a DA. No one is above the law, including you Sandra.

WHAT I SEE IN THIS CASE is that the police department, the district attorneys office, the special prosecutor, the special prosecution judicial branch, the Monroe County district judge, and the state of New York have failed to uphold the law 😮
