I see the Hello Fresh ad so figure I’d leave a review for anyone who is interested. I’m pretty busy, and when I’m not I hate going to the grocery store (Hello fresh doesn’t completely eliminate that. ) it’s nice to have a meal ready to cook and not have to plan my dinners out. Foods good, and fresh. Expensive around 116$ a week. I’ve lost around 20IBS. The meals aren’t always healthy (they do have specific meals that are labeled healthy. ) but what I find is that it’s easier to control my portions which I believe has helped along with exercising twice a day. Not a bad service I’ll keep it for now. #Ad I guess.
