Here is our BULLET TRAIN video where we travel in 1st class from Jakarta to Bandung 😊 watch it now: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-gNrEU93Ur2U.html
It is better to get off at the Padalarang Station (1 stop before the last one/tegaluar) as there are feeders (trains) take you to Bandung in 19 minutes for free!
Dan & Beth, it really depends on what you like, Bandung offers diverse attractions -- and you missed 99% of them! I am strongly attracted to nature so I did daytrips and overnight trips from Bandung. I used to climb many mountains around Bandung, but here are only the easy ones: I visited Bandung for one week recently. I hiked up easy Mount TANGKUBAN PRAHU (from Jayagiri where you can get a guide, not expensive, because Googlemap won't know your location once you go off track in the pine forest -- you need all day to do this and get down from the other side of the big crater past bubbling hot sulphur, and at the end continue tpast the tea plantaions to CIATER to soak in the hotspring all evening). Don't forget to eat at the fish saungs (saung is a hut in nature or garden setting where you eat on top of the pond water with lots of fish swimming around under you). I also went cross country from Dago to MARIBAYA national park, taking picnic lunch from a bakery that was already famous even before you were born. Also went up the very beautiful Kawah Putih crater of MOUNT PATUHA crater (you can also do easy climb through very beautiful tea plantations from Ciwidey) . In my univeristy days the whole mountain was exclusively mine, but now I had to share with tourists. From Patuha it is not far to go to Mount RENGGANIS with its bubbling hot water crater, and walk through South Asia's longest suspension bridge above beautiful green forest -- and a really good restaurant with maginificent view at the end. My friends from my campus ITB as well as thousands of Bandung people are now crazy about marathons or at least half marathons that there are now many sport fields and squares where thousands of students and lectures and general members of the public run on weekend mornings to practise for running events -- and eat and eat and eat afterwards because so many fruit sellers and breakfast sellers line up just outside these squares. For shoppers, besides tradional markets and modern mega malls like in most Indonesian cities, Bandung is unique because it has endless arts (ITB's art department produces super great artists) and high-quality craft goods that you find by visiting specialty stores (silver arts, high-end woven bags, etc) or houses of the artists (silk batiks etc) or galleries (statues, paintings), the whole streets of craftmakers (leather shoes and bags in one area, jeans and fashion etc etc). There are lots and lots of all kinds of eateries. These days, many restaurants offer nightview from Dago hills. As Bandung is a university town where students study and cry and must stay up very often, you can easily find hot food even after midnight. And how can you miss the ANGKLUNG music house of Bandung. Apart from Bandung, don't forget Indonesia's many, many diving spots (or you can go snorkelling). I went to Bunaken, Flores, (Komodo & Riung), Weh island -- but there are many more pristine locations. Also try road tours in Sumatra (hire a car with driver for efficiency, or use public transport if you have plenty of time) with its endless waterfalls, lakes, rivers, hotsprings, mountains, forests. And Borneo, And Flores.
Thank you for coming to Bandung, don't forget to visit several areas in Bandung and don't forget to eat delicious typical Bandung food, you'll definitely like it🥰🥰🇮🇩🇮🇩❤
Saya memiliki 1 teman, dia orang Indonesia 🇮🇩 dan tinggal di Bandung juga. Saya berharap suatu hari nanti saya bisa pergi ke Bandung, selamat dari Vietnam 🇻🇳
You should have stayed longer in Bandung mate, there are so much to do day and night. Kawah Putih, Sudirman Street Food center, Lembang Floating Market, Asstro Highlands, Arjasari Rock Hill, etc
Hey I am going to stay 6 days in Bandung in september i was wondering if you could suggest me the best places to visit during my stay. Thank you in advance
Indonesian coffee actually quite cheaps because we are third largest coffee producer in world, just don't drink it in starbuck lol. Starbuck in Indonesia is marketed as luxurious coffee shops. so, better tried local coffee shop in Indonesia. If you adventureous enough, you could find local Angkringan, enjoy coffee there while chatting with locals. Compared to Indonesian modern coffee shops, Angkringan and Warmindo would be the real Indonesian coffee shops. You could experience true Indonesia there..hope you someday try them. 🙏
Starbucks isn't luxurious at all, only western slaves not a complete multiracial not a fluent multilingual never been living around the world saying it's luxurious
Thank you for visiting my hometown🥰 looovvviin’ your vlog guys!! Wish i was there, i could be your Bandung tourist guide hehe i’ve visited London and Bristol many times too hehe
just fyi guys, different bus colours it means different route. So u must check first like the ticket, the schedule n anything else. btw u must go to another amazing city in indonesia, cuz so many cultures in here, enjoy the trip!
The fastest way to find english speaker, u can ask directly to younger (mostly are), u guys seem kinda lost in translation if u are ask elder, some are fluent and some aint, language barrier. Hope it helps
Actually you can board or drop in Padalarang then use a free Feeder train to drop in Bandung station, is much close to the city rather than drop in Tegalluar which is suburb area of Bandung.
@3:50 usually "not really quiet" but because of the sanction people now avoid starbuck, but lucky you all like mac'd and other else they all drop their price including this buy one get one 🙂
*Hopefully you both (Dan and Beth) should visit Surabaya 🦈🐊the second big city and also the green city in Indonesia. We have here many delicious culiners too at around the city especially at Tunjungan Romansa by night and Tunjungan Plaza 1-6.*
If you want to go to Bandung City downtown, you should stop at Padalarang station and continue with feeder train (it ia free, direct to Bandung downtown). Tegalluar is too far to go to downtown, and traffic
I always wish I live in Bandung I live in jakarta, and I really love Bandung because of its temperature and its beautiful buildings. Like it’s always my favorite city, I always enjoy staying there for a while
If you come to Central Java and East Java you will find more people who can speak English there, because there are such things as English villages so they can all speak English. Next, you have to come to Central Java and East Java
you should drop off at padalarang and they have a free commuter line to the city center. Tegalluar is way further from the city center and still lack of (easy and cheap) transportation which costs more expensive and time-consuming. 12:!2 i think it could go for 50k , next time you should show the bargain price using your calculator. and pretending walk away, they will call you back. personally i will bargain for 40k. 14:50 KOBE is a famous one down there.. it is crowded in the evening. There will be a lot , i mean really A LOT of street food in that street in the evening.
Don't forget brother, if you go to Lembang north bandung , you guys healing and visit the mountains or crater "Tangkuban Perahu" And thankyou so much. you guys already introduced the city of bandung🙏
You should get off at the previous stasiun (Padalarang St.) There Will be a feeder train that Will transport you to the main stasiun in central Bandung, instead of Tegal luar St.
If you visit Indonesia, you must go to Cirebon City, West Java, especially Ciledug District, East Cireon. There you will find interesting things from entertainment. The food is really good.
6 hours?! You need at least 6 days to fully experience Bandung as a whole... But nevertheless; nice video, enjoy Indonesia! PS: Muslims (men) have to pray Jumah in the mosque, so on Friday around mid-day, you'll find a lot of empty streets here
As Indonesian. Last time i tried "Bandros" they explain some historical building before and what it become now (most of it become a cafe or something like that), but not that attractive. Don't be salty, I just tell honest review.
Hai bule handsome dan cantik berlama2 yaa si tanah nusantara. Terus tayang videonya. Anda sungguh menyenangkan dan menghibur. Senang banget nieh bule bisa menawar barang.....UK negara SULTAN, tajir melintir....
Why did you order grab from HSR station? Next time i’d suggest you guys get off at padalarang station and take the FREE feeder train which goes right into city centre. Trying to help you guys save more money 😂
You guys should go to Dago Street actually. There are many cafes and coffee shops there. Btw, i like you guys content 👍. Very enjoy to watch. Keep vlogging mates. Take care
why you always say RUPEES ?!? FYI Indonesia's currency is RUPIAH not RUPEES, even you can just read it on our money, be smart guys,. but anyway thank you for visiting our country and enjoy Indonesia! 🙏
