Thanks for sharing your results. The Jewish and Spanish/Portuguese results would be connected, resulting from Sephardic Jews/Maranos who emigrated to Poland, becoming basically Ashkenazi Jews. Many, many people have traces of this in them.

My ancestors were all born in what is or was Germany. It was interesting to watch. I also get a bit of Jewish DNA and have noticed this with some of the people whom I match in Poland. (More of those testers are at Family Tree DNA or MyHeritage.) I actually hope one day to figure out who my 18th or even 17th century Sephardic Jewish ancestor was. Every link, from one generation counts. But you are definitely very Polish!
You had similar results as I have had with two different DNA tests: 23 and Ancestry. I'm Norwegian-Icelandic living in USA. My results: 91% Norwegian, 3% Swedish, 2%Danish, 2% Finnish and 2% IRANIAN. The last one missed me haha.
Polish, Lemko, and Croatian American here. My Polish and Lemko ancestors came from southern Poland in the Carpathians: southeast of Krakow and near the Poland/Slovakia/Ukraine border. I also had 2 great grandparents from Croatia near the Adriatic Sea. The only other DNA that showed up in my report other than those was a small amount from the Baltics and from Sweden. The Sweden one surprised me the most, but both of those two others were very small percentages.
I am suspected to be Russian, but I am only 62 percent Eastwrn European and almost 30 percent Baltic.. My dad is above 40 percent Baltic. I do not take the 5 percent values too serious. Fringe values up to ten percent are very speculative. My dad is 9,9 percent Celtic I had only some mention of Wales. I have 9,1 percent North Western European......which must be from my mum who never mentioned any German ancestry. So the NorthWestern European is either a statistical residue match without ancestry to back up. Or my passed mom has a different ancestry than she was told. Some story she learned was disproven.
haha, you're not a 100%, but close unlike me, I am 100% eastern european without any other group written, but if I lower confidence results enough "poland" eventually appears as the only suggested region

What is your/your Father’s/Male Haplogroup group??? it’ll tell you right there on the test. It passes from Father to Son unChanged generation, after generation, after generation. My son’s father was 100% Polish his grandfather was born in Lublin, their MALE Haplogroup is R-L1029… that’s what tells you if you’re a direct relationship to another male on your father side. Co do tego żydowskiego i iberyjskiego DNA. Tak małe wartości mogą być zwyczajnie błędem, to się po prostu zdarza, że algorytm niewłaściwie przypisał Twoje DNA. Albo był to jakiś pojedynczy przodek bardzo, bardzo dawno temu. A ponieważ to aszkenazyjskie DNA, to równie dobrze algorytm mógł je pomylić ze środkowo/wschodnio-europejskim - w końcu Żydzi się tutaj mieszali z nami.
Komentarz trochę nieaktualny ale prawdopodobnie to, że masz przodków w Chabarowsku oznacza że twoi przodkowie mogli podczas zaborów być wysiedleni na tamte tereny

I wrote THE FIRST HORSE PEOPLE the complete history of our ancient tribe the Sarmatian knights and the Amazon women, and the Slavs. I took the ancestry DNA test looking for viking and found none and being so confused I followed this rumor told by our dark age nobles and found these busts that the Romans have 3000 years ago and my family look like twins of these Sarmatian knights still today and my last name means the eyebrow bridge of the Sarmatians. They found the tombs of the Amazons the summer before my test and were the daughters of these guys and have our ancient Slavic DNA. All Slavs have Sarmatian DNA, but we Poles are 50/50 Sarmatian/Slavic, we have the most Sarmatian DNA. 75% of the Polish men look more like Sarmatians than Slavs. It's even easy for me to see the Slavic women that have the Amazon look to them as well. Look up the Sarmatian faces and you will see you family in these faces. Also the reason our Hussars were so good because our cavalry was handed down by our Sarmatian grandfather's and Amazon grandmothers. We 2 tribes in 1. We were the only tribe the Romans feared and forced us to be their cavalry. They took the sons very young for 30 years generationally for centuries. Which forced the daughters to be the warriors and defenders of the tribe. They didn't marry until the men would return, they had arranged marriages. They didn't kill the boys but sent them away from the Romans to hide. When the Amazons got tired of dealing with the Romans they took the tribe and horse herds north to their only ally the Slavs. The went north along the Dneiper River to the Belarusian and Ukrainian border then west to hide in Poland and Ukraine. At Dichin Bulgaria they burned everything for 50 kilometers deep along the Danube collapsing the Roman economy.
