We received water bill of Rs 10000 for 4 months. We paid it later on inquiry we got to know it's department s mistake and we got credit note of 8000. For getting this money we wrote no. Of letters to PWD panaji . Still not received refund.
Sister did the bill show the meter reading when you opened the meter box for the billing person?Check the readings on all old bills that you have.If reading not showing they must adjust with the amount you already paid till date.
Priya why have you not showed the previous bills that you paid. You should fight based on the previous bills that you have paid if not then pay this one.

This is not something new Last month I got 52. 000 bill due to slight pipe liq and meater was running fast.I did complain to PWD nothing has been done.These people are minting money from us knowing The present situation where people are jobless.It is good to take quick action and fight for justice.This goverment is coruputed.

2 times we also got high bill n this time we told the person to note the readings correctly n I stood near him but still he noted wrong reading n then he said mistake zali! This is not mistake but they are told to do so. Please Goans becareful

There is no process of check and measure of signing Bill's before dispatching. Slap the official who is in charge and take him to the streets in front of the people of the area. Or such officer's should not be paid salary until they personally lift their ass and check personally 🙏 Mam slap him tight in front of the camera. If meter is not working don't charge any water chary. Doesn't the person taking the reading know while taking the reading 🙏 RG please step in with your squad
I feel people shoukd just start mailing their bills to our CM? This guy at the desk is trying to fool us. Look at his way of talking to us goans. I would have slapped the man.
The meter reading guy does not charge the customer as per the actual consumption but they just manipulate the reading and prepare the bill. I have personally noticed even without a single unit used they're charging the public.I use well water.
