Hi Jawad, This is very specific situation where university required other documents. In my suggestion you can provide your grades sheet for GPA part, and for the high achievement part ask your professors or head of department to make a letter for you, mentioning your achievements in the previous degree. It can include anything like distinction in some specific subject, a good project, or good class participation etc. I hope it helps.
