I love your work & content & the effort you put into making the content. I will speak only for myself, I have used BCAA for like 2 months, I take it mixed with water while working out, and when a little tired, take sips, from my experience, it has helped in recovering, and I feel less tired/fatigue. I have found it to be useful, but yeah, the slight difference is there, it won't make me an awesome athlete out of a sudden, but it has helped me with recovery. I think one has to try it themselves to know its impact on their body, as everyone is different, but unlike sir, I am no fitness expert. Thank you.

I took right decision not to purchase bcaa 2nd time as i felt it is not necessary, infact i didnt finish 1st dabba also. Now i m lifting almost double weights without bcaa and i cant feel low energy without it. Thanks Sir for satisfying me 🙂

Hi, In my experience I agree with almost everything you’ve just said, there is one place where I find BCAA supporting my workout is that I feel during extended training sessions it seems to give me push fatigue/reach catabolic state a little later ie say it enables me push my sessions to 80-90 mins , maybe it’s mental (placebo) however I feel that there is definitely support here.. I can find the same support if I’ve consumed a high protein pre workout meal / shake approx 1 hr prior to the workout. Also since at most times we cultivate a habit of consuming BCAA during workouts over the years (again Placebo) and therefore use it more as a flavouring agent for large quantities of water I prefer to ensure that the BCAA is high on lucine load preferably 7:1:1 and above and I like to add 2 - 4 grams of Citrulline Mallate and 5 grams of glutamine in the same intro workout drink. I feel that this combination a) Atleast benefits me a little during those extensive sessions b) is an opportunity to get these supplements in a single drink instead of having to keep track over the day.. would appreciate your thoughts on this approach. Thanks

Athlean X promotes his own BCAAs. He even advises that everyone can take it after age 13. We R Stupid is still scientifically the most accurate among Indian RU-vidrs. Among foreigners having a youtube channel, try Barbell Medicine if you actually want to put science back into training.

I am glad sir that you touched upon the matter of fasted training. I train in a fasted state. I haven't used bcaa before. But I started using bcaa just because I train fasted. I do a 16/8 intermittent fasting phase and workout at the end of the fast.

I did watch the video. As always, informational and concise. I do not do fasted cardio workouts sir. I do fasted strength training. I was wondering if that makes any difference or does the same principles as outlined in the video applies. PS: I am on a cutting phase and on a calorie deficit diet.

Amazing video sir.Is bcaa advisable for those who are in a strict calorie deficit and while being on intermittent fasting?{i am 91 kg and am on750 calorie deficit, consuming about 60-70 grams of protein including 25 grams from dymatize iso 100 hydrolysed whey protein. Also, i am vegetarian}

The pointed thing is. Not an issue But elbow inflammation is common in gym.workouts Show to a doctor for some anti inflammatory medicines and avoid movements which are causing pain

Intra depends on the intensity of workout Why do u need eaa or BCAA just becuas the companies told u some years back that u need to take something intra workout Normal.glucose will.work if intensity is very high BCAA I have already proven do nothing If ur protein intake is adequate in a day then u don't need separate aminos acids

Totally agree , i am working out since 2010 and never took bcca in first five years ,gained 25kgs muscle mass ,cuz the diet i use to take and even now i m taking was all non veg 7 meals a day with whey protein ! Bcaa is not required when u can consume it from natural diet and whey protein ! Thankx for this amazing video
